Ability: Can drain one's power through physical contact
➢The user can drain power or energy from the victim by a mere grazing of their skin.
➢They will gain strength and speed as they drain other's power or energy.
➢The drain is only temporary. Only lasts two hours at max.
Drawback(s): The power drained by the user can build up, and has to be used quickly, otherwise the user risks going into a coma.
➢Quirks with more power are less likely to be weakened significantly by this quirk.
Special Ability/Attack: Drainage Release
➢The user releases all the power and energy they collected in a powerful, devastating laser beam of pure energy and power. This can be shot from the hands, mouth, or naval area.
➢The amount of power collected can affect the range of the blast.

➢Users with this quirk are more likely to be male than female.
➢If the user is a female it changes a little. The amount of power able to be drained does go down. The drawbacks become a little stronger, but she would be stronger than a male with that quirk.
