Chapter 5

Lydiajuice got home ready to tell The Maitlands about her day.

She burst through the door

"Adam Barbara I had the best day! I got some cookies that are up in my room I went to a field I swam a bit got some donuts and i-"

She noticed that Charels and delia stood there in Shock.

"See I told you she was fine..." Barbara said with a chuckle.

"Lydia is that you?!" Charles asked

"Um actually yeah but beetlejuice is here to..." lydiajuice responded

"BEETLEJUICE?! ARE YOU FUSED WITH HIM?!"

"Yeah so?"

"UNFUSE RIGHT NOW! I WILL NOT ALLOW MY DAUGHTER TO BE FUSED WITH A DEMON A DEMON!"

that's when everything went white

Lydia opened her eyes and looked in front of her.

Beetlejuice

He was sitting on the floor his hair white and that usually meant he was scared or terrified.

"Uh beej?" Lydia started to talk when her dad cut her off

"Lydia send him back to the netherworld right now" Charles said

"What dad no hes my freind!"

"NOW!!!"

Lydia flinched

"Lyds....just do it...I dont want you to get in trouble because of me..."

Bj's hair was now a light blue usually meant he was sad

"I can't.." he gave her a look and she had to

"Okay...beetlejuice beetlejuice....beetlejuice..."

A door to the netherworld opened and beej stood

"Guess this means goodbye..."

"Yeah guess it dose..."

"Hey lyds?"

"Yeah?"

"Come here"

He pulled her into a tight hug he looked into her eyes

"I had a great time today lyds...and as much as I wanted to stay fused....I'm glad to see you...lydia today you made me feel alive..."

Lydia was in tears at this point she didnt want him to go.

A/N btw i dont ship beetlebabes it's a bad ship their relationship is like bffs saying goodbye for college

"Bj..."

Bj gave lydia the bag of donuts

"One for you and one for you"

He kissed her forehead

"Do you hear that sound?"

"that beautiful..." lydia couldn't finish the sentence she was sobbing

Bj frowned and kissed Lydia's forehead

"I love you lyds.."

"I love you to beej..."

"See ya later scarecrow..."

Then he turned and left

"See lydia that wasn't so hard was it?" Charels said calmly

Lydia turned anger I'm her eyes

"You made my bestfriend leave!"

"He had to he is a demon!!"

"A demon with a heart unlike you!!!"

She ran upstairs to her room and fell on her bed

She saw the girl scout cookies

"Its barely been 5 minutes and I already miss you beej...."

Lydia didn't care what her father said she wanted her friend back

She stood

"Though I know I should be weary still I venture some place scary ghostly hauntings I go lose..."

She hesitated for a moment

'Please be quiet' she prayed in her mind

"Beetlejuice beetlejuice beetlejuice"

A green dust appeared in her room

"Lydia?" "Bj!" She went to hug him

"I was only gone for a few minutes!"

"I know it's to long- wait didnt I tell you not to dring anymore?"

He held a flask in his hand

"Relax its flour!"

She laughed and hugged him as if her life depended on it. But unfortunately she realized his hair was still blue but this time it was dark blue which usually meant he was crying.

She felt he face melting into his agian

"Uh oh!" They both said witha smile on their faces

Then lydiajuice was back

She was back for the rest of the night at least.

But now they knew how to unfuse which was good

"I'm not letting dad see you you can turn invisible and he cant see you...deal..."

"I have one question tho. What is it?" Lydiajuice had a great big smile on her face

"What are we?"
