This was just my interpretation of love from a while ago, i know everyone has different opinions, so don't kill me! And this is old, so don't beat me up if it's bad xp

I don't think you can define love,

There's a general term,

Passion, to cherish,

But it goes deeper,

To love or to be loved,

It's comforting,

To be in love and vice versa,

Beautiful and disastrous,

There's a huge difference,

From loving someone,

Anyone really,

And being in love,

Loving someone is simple,

You simply care,

You cherish them,

You support them,

*

You help them,

If they're sad,

You cheer them up,

It's a sequence,

*

Now here's the difference,

The big contrast,

Between loving someone,

And being in love,

*

Being in love is complicated,

You don't just care,

You don't just cherish,

And don't just support,

*

Not only do you care,

You get anxiety,

Not only do you cherish them,

You adore everything they don't,

*

You not only support them,

You guide them to a better path,

You not only cheer them up,

You comfort and empathize,

*

If that person is sad,

You're sad,

If they're depressed,

You're depressed,

*

Loving is sympathizing,

You try to understand,

Being in love is empathizing,

You understand,

*

Being in love is bizarre,

You have two eyes,

One is for that person,

And the other is the look out,

*

They are like shooting stars,

You try to catch them,

They're that beautiful,

But you could never hold onto them
