Chapter one

Kayla's Pov
I've moved back to North Carolina and I've moved back in with Nash. It's been really hard but the guys have been really good to me. They don't force anything on me but I just wish I had someone that I remembered so I didn't feel so alone.

I was sitting in what is now my bed room and I was going through pictures in my phone when I got a text from Kaitlyn.

OMG CALL ME AS SOON AS YOU GET THIS MESSAGE I HAVE BIG NEWS!

So I called her right away. "Hello." She says. "Kaitlyn what is your big news?" I ask really excited. "My mom got transferred and guess what?!" She's just barley says because she's so excited. "What Kaitlyn? What is is?!" I ask freaking out. "I'm moving to North Carolina!" She says and I scream. "Oh my god really?! When??" I say freaking out.

"We fly out in a week! So I will be there for the first day of school!" She says. "Have you told Nash?" I ask calming down a little. "No I want to surprise him! Can you keep this a secret until I get there? Please?" She begs. "Of course I can! Oh my god your loving here yay! Now I'll actually know someone! Well that I remember." I say and then we say goodbye and hang up.

I want to tell Nash because we have become really close but not as close as we use to and I don't really remember him but he's just kinda always been there since I got here. Well him and Matt. I was in sweats and a tank top and I wanted food so I threw my hair up into a messy bun and went downstairs. I could hear some guys so I slowly walked down the stairs. I got to the bottom and I saw Nash and Matt sitting on the couch playing video games.

I walked up behind them. "Guess who!" I say covering Matts eyes. "Umm is it Kayla?" He says. "No it's Courtney from last night. You don't remember me? Wow I thought I left an impression on you." I say giggling part way through. He turns around and smiles at me. "You seem happy today." He says. "Well maybe because I am!" I say walking into the kitchen. They just look at me then go back to there game.

I grabbed a muffin then I went back up to my room and went through the pictures again. This time I found one I had never seen before, it was one of Matt and I at a football game. I flipped it over but it didn't say anything but I remembered the picture being taken.
I ran downstairs and stood in front of the guys. "Guys guys guys I remember something!" I say practically jumping up and down.

"What is it?" Matt asked. "This picture. It is one of you and me at a football game. This was the first football I ever went to watch of you. You guys won that game to." I say freaking out. Matt takes the picture and looks at it then turns it around. "It doesn't say that in the back. You remember something!" He says and stands up and hugs me.

Kaitlyn's Pov

I was in my room watching tv when my mom came down to my room. "Hey Kaitlyn um I have something to tell you." She says. I look at her. "Um I've been promoted and I'm being transferred to North Carolina. And we are moving there in a week." She says. "Oh my god really?! Are you serious? This is fantastic! I have to call Kayla!" I say jumping up and hugging my mom. She just smiles at me and goes upstairs.

I grab my phone and I call Kayla then I call Aubrey. "Hello." She says sounding like she had been sleeping. "Hey I have some news to tell you." I say. "What is it? And can you tell Jillian to she's here." She says. "Oh yes I can. And it is that I am moving to North Carolina in a week." I say really quickly. "What? Your what? Why? No." They both say freaking out.

"I'm sorry but my mom is getting transferred. I don't have a choice." I say trying to stay calm. "Does Kayla know?" Jillian asked. "Yes I just Called her to tell her." I say. "Does Nash know?" Aubrey asks. "No not yet I'm going to surprise him when I get there." I say. They didn't seem to happy so I just hung up.

I wanted to get out of the house so I went shopping for a little bit. I bought some new lulus, some sweaters and a couple dresses. I was excited to move but at the same time I sad scared. The only person I'm going to know at school will be Kayla and if I don't live near them I'm going to have to take the bus alone and I'm not very good at that. But maybe I will be able to convince Nash to drive me or my mom to get me a car. Or maybe Kayla will drive me. But I still had two weeks to worry about that, right now all I had to worry about is the move.
