Both silence for a while pretending to be so annoyed with each other as they walked to who knows where Anushka was taking them to.

" Hei Wild Cat, where did you say we were going to huh?" Raju broke the silence.

" We are going to the jungle at the other side of Imagavish town to pluck some strawberries. I've told you this like a hundredth time Raju!" Anushka burst out.

" Oh I forgot you spoke about your love and passion for strawberries. But who goes to the jungle with a bow and deadly arrows with the excuse of going to pluck strawberries huh? " Raju annoyingly probed.

"Seriously? Are you asking me that?" Anushka was shocked.

" I mean, you are a young sweet and beautiful lady who is supposed to be holding a basket, but no, not my dear friend Anushka..." Raju argued.

"Of course...... Nobody in Ilabuhab as a whole, Imagavish to be precise does that. But Anushka does that. Never forget, I'm not like every other lady. Do you have a problem with that, Raju Ranchoddas?" Anushka retorted but in a sweet low and smart tone.

" Oh dear lord K., which kind of wild cat have I taken as a friend? Please do come to my rescue when she finally grows wild, have her claws out and ready to pounce on me please.... Lord K." Raju still got the guts to tease her.

"What at all do you even mean by Lord K., Raju?"

He gave her a pathetic look trying to suppress a laughter and said " Lord K. is the new nickname for our dear lord Krishna."

"Really?" Anushka sounded interested.

"Oh yeah" Raju stated wiggling his eye brows in excitement.

"Whatever." Anushka ended it right there.

"You mean little girl" Raju spat out feigning anger.

"Hei we're here." Anushka announced.

"Woah, so this is what you call a jungle huh. I guess what you meant was a garden full of tasty looking fruits, lovely flowers and a beautiful waterfall. No dangers at all." He remarked in amazement.

"Yeah yeah, you'll see what I mean by 'a jungle' when the right time comes. Please pluck those fruits over there for me Raju. And please,be careful." Anushka cautioned but Raju felt too bossy to pay heed.

As he placed his hand in the bushes to grab an attractive flower, a snake popped its head out and nearly bit his hand if Anushka hadn't been fast enough to shoot two sharp arrows at it.

"Oh jeez that was a close one. I'll never underestimate your intelligence again Anushka..... Huuf Lord K, I feel like I'm going to collapse." Raju was terrified.

" Hahaha!! You should see your face right now buddy. Poor you Raju, you got frightened to death haha!" Anushka laughed.

After that frightening encounter with the snake, Raju became extremely careful.

As they plucked more fruits, Anushka trained with her bow and arrows.

She used the chance to teach Raju how to use the bow and arrow. Raju was quick to learn.

Raju really admired and respected his dear friend for her bravery. For the past five days since they became friends, he had learnt so much from her and that made him feel secured.

Well, after their little adventure in the attractive looking jungle, they were returning home.

On their way, they met some bad guys. It turned out that they were Raju's bullies.

Before, he took to his heels or even hid himself in trash cans whenever those guys were coming.

But this time, he knew he was walking with the mysterious warrior so began to feel proud.

" Hey Raju, stop right there!" Tarun commanded in a threatening tone and Raju went to hide behind Anushka.

" Please leave him alone and go away. We don't want any trouble." Anushka spoke calmly.

Tarun struck by her irrestible beauty drew closer to her looking lustfully at her.

He then attempted to kiss her neck when he received a heavy jaw breaking punch on his cheek.
She twisted his arm to his back and gave him a warning.

Immediately she released him, he run off holding his jaw as his friends followed.

" Hahaha oh wow, I love that Anushka, you gave him the biggest shock of his life. Haha I bet he peed on himself after receiving that hot punch on his cheek. That was great!" Raju fussed as he gave her a high five.

Anushka looked at him with worry and then said to him "seriously buddy, you shouldn't allow these guys to keep on bullying you. Look, you are a young guy and you need to be brave, for your own good and for your mother and sister." .............
