The Dragonborn capital of Drakeheart, which lies in the northernmost mountains of Vale, is an imposing place if you are looking at it for the first time. Its high walls and ramparts along with other fortifications make it seem more like an impenetrable fortress of iron and stone rather than a city. But after you pass under its walls and enter the city itself, you would see towering spires rising high into the sky, flowing artificial rivers, and beautifully crafted homes throughout.
At the highest point in the city sits the Citadel, home to the Ruler of Drakeheart and all Dragonborn, Lord Sulhazar the Strong, who at the moment is entertaining a guest, one who has come with a proposition for him.
Lord Sulhazar stares down at the city, his hand behind his back, his face set in a thoughtful frown. He turns away from the view to look at his guest.
"An interesting proposition, but you still have not told me why, Ozpin." Says Lord Sulhazar.
In a chair, drinking a cup of coffee sits a middle-aged man with tousled silver hair and thin brown eyes. He has a light complexion and sharp facial features. This is Professor Ozpin, Headmaster of Beacon Academy, a place where Hunters and Huntresses go to train on how to fight the Grimm threat.
"Isn't it obvious? I wish to build relations between our species." Ozpin says while taking another sip of coffee.
Lord Sulhazar rolls his eyes, "Ozpin, you and I both know that has been tried and done before with little to no success, so spare me your eccentric tendencies and get to the bloody point."
"Very well, "Ozpin relents, "with all seriousness, I need your help."

"I see." Lord Sulhazar returns to staring out the window, "Are you absolutely certain?"
"Yes." Says Ozpin.
"And you believe that having him attend Beacon would help?" The Lord of Drakeheart questions.
"Without a doubt. And I wasn't lying when I made the proposal from before, I do believe that this will help grow our species closer together." The Headmaster of Beacon states.
"Then you are far more optimistic than I, Ozpin." Lord Sulhazar says with a sigh. "But I will do as you ask."
"You won't regret it," Ozpin assures him.
"See that I don't, Ozpin, or you will." Lord Sulhazar promises.
