The first day

Today was the first day of school for the new semester. A boy called Callum was getting ready to leave for school.

When he arrived at his class he took the seat at the back of class like always. "Ok class" the teacher would take the attention of the other students. Callum looked at his sketch book with a blank mind on what to draw. He tapped his pencil on the book. "We have a new student joining us" then she signaled for someone to come in but Callum did not look up. "Hello, I'm Rayla" a girl said in a thick accent. Callum looked up at the owner of the voice. "Rayla you may take a seat next to Callum in the back. As she approached, Callum kept looking down at his sketch book. Callum finally looked up and saw a girl with Snow White hair and horns. He smiled at Rayla. Rayla took no notice of Callum's gesture.

*bell rings*

"Ok class please remember your home work is due on Tuesday" the teacher said of course no one paying attention. "Hey, do you know where to go for history?" She asked in her thick accent. "Yep just this way" Callum pointed to the classroom 7D. "Here" Callum held the door open for Rayla. "Thanks" she said smiling.

*during history*

"Hey what's your name I never asked" Rayla asked Callum while whispering. "It's Callum." He whispered back. After that they stayed silent for the rest of the lesson.

(I am so lazy ;-;) *at lunch*

Callum and Rayla were looking for a place to sit. "Oh great, a table for two. Let's go sit there!" Callum told Rayla. "Ok" she said following Callum to the table. As Callum put his hand out to eat Rayla accidentally put her hand on Callum's "oh sorry" she said pulling a stray hair behind her ear and looking away while blushing. Callum's eyes widened "o-oh that's o-ok" he said.
"Hey loser" Soren said to them as he walked by. "Who is that?"
"Oh that's Soren, you don't wanna talk to him"
"Hmmm, ok"
Rayla looked at her food and ate some of it.

*going home* (I admit now I am lazy TwT)

Rayla and Callum walked home together. "Bye Callum!" Rayla said while opening her door to enter her house. As Callum walked to his house he saw Soren talking to his sister, Claudia. He looked away disgusted of them. When Callum arrived at his home he took his sketch book out and ran upstairs. He opened his book and started to draw Rayla. He blushed at his realistic drawing of her.

A/n: hey guys it's the author here, I liked the 3rd series so I decided to go through the series of the dragon prince and recreate it in my way. I quite enjoy writing this so I will have any suggestions of the dragon prince type stories for me to write. Btw if there are any suggestions then I will write a shout out in the description of the story. Anyways...
