"Oh shoot, it must've fallen out" I spoke awkwardly worriedly into the phone. "Haha yeah, so, where are you now? I could drop it off" she said into her phone.
"I'm at the donut's place. You know, Elm's donut house." I looked at Ezran pointing at a donut and I tossed him some cash.
"Alright I'll be there" she laughed and hung up. I can't forget about Rayla.. she was such an important chapter of my life...
But maybe chapters just aren't enough...
-your POV-
I followed my map on my phone to Elm's donut house, in just about 15 minutes. He better be here! I started gripping the card so no one would snatch it out of my hand. I saw a boy with brown hair in a blue coat with a red scarf sitting by the window looking worried, I walked over to the table.
"Hi, um, sorry to bother you but...do you know where I can find someone named Callum?" I lightly tapped his shoulder and he looked up at me. "Oh you must be the person that had my card, I'm Callum" he laughed and took the card from my hands.
"Do you want a donut or something.." he stood up over me and started walking to the counter "Uh, no I'm fine. I'm not so much of a social interactive kind of person. Or any kind of social..." I blurted out.
"Alright," he laughed, "well, uh, may I at least have the name of my hero?" "Oh um, Y/N..Y/N, L/N" "Nice name" he grabbed a boy the shoulders and steered him back to the table. "Oh thanks, it was my grandmother's name" stop blurting out unneeded information!
"Well, I'll see you around" I waved bye to the boy and walked out of the store checking my map back to Harvard. I was already enrolled in university, but I'm like a detective. I would love to be an officer.
But I knew dreams were yet to come true...
A/n: well hello again! Like I said, electronics in the summer to my mom is a nightmare...
