You need me yet you throw me away
You want me to read you yet you cover yourself in shells
You want me to be with you yet you seem distant
You give me everything in your might yet you took my everything
You build me up just to break me down
You are concerned about me yet you ignore my existence
You say i am essential yet you make me feel so inessential
You are my life yet you act like my executioner
You made me live happily yet you give me sorrow
And now I am confused
Because it's hard for me to understand
What you want and what you don't
And it made me question
