Jeremy's POV
I sat next to my girlfriend Y/N at the roller rink, and we were about to go when she started whining.
"Jer, I hate walking with you." She whined.
I froze, my face heating up slightly.
"You... what?"She groaned and plopped down on one of the benches by the skating rink.
"You walk too fast, and I'm too short to keep up!" She crossed her arms.
(A/N: Even if you aren't short, just pretend cause let's face it, you're probably not taller than tall-ass himself)
"Well... *chuckle* sorry you can't keep up."
I giggled out, holding my hand out to her.She stared at it for a second, and a smirk grew on her face. She stood up herself and stood on her tip toes, yanking me down by my shirt collar, and pecking my cheek.
"I have a better idea." She whispered running off and leaving me smiling like an idiot in the middle of the roller rink. After a while of sitting on my phone, Y/N came zipping down the carpeted hall with (favorite color) roller skates covered in stickers.
She had the broadest, most adorable smile on her face and I stood up, scooping her up and swinging her in a circle.
"Where'd you get those?" I asked her.
"I just bought them. Try to outrun me now Heere." She sneered.I set her down and kissed her forehead, feeling the warmth of her hands on my chest, nearly melting.
"Let's go." She smiled.
I started walking out, waiting for her to skate next to me, but instead she gripped onto my shoulder.
"What are you doing?" I laughed.
"Rolling behind you."I kept walking and listened to the clickity-clack of the wheels behind me, and focused on the tingly feeling of her hand on my shoulder.
It's amazing to think that one person can make you feel these things, tingly, bubbly, warm, all of the above.
But Y/N is that person. She is so amazing likely that.Eventually we reached the bus stop, and I picked her up, helping her on. She released a beautiful giggle, and I found myself kissing her right there. She tensed up at first, but melted and wrapped her hand around my neck.
"Hey! If you're gonna do that, could you get on the bus?" The driver yelled.
I pulled away and realized we were still standing on the steps.
I laughed awkwardly, and rolled her down the aisle.A few people were giving us the 'aw, kids in love' look, making my face heat up.
But Y/N grabbed my hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze.
It's kind of scary to be so helplessly devoted to a single person...
But I also love it.
"I love you." I blurted our.She smiled.
"I love you too Jer."
Good, just checking.
And with that, the bus pulled off, leaving me with a warm, bubbly feeling in the pit of my stomach..
