Once Seojin got to her apartment, she took off her shoes and put on her slippers. As she walked past her living room, she dropped her purse on the couch. And made her way towards the kitchen.

She took out a little pot and filled it up with water. As the water was starting to boil on the stovetop, she went to her pantry to get out a pack of ramen noodles, an egg, and some green onions.

When she was done making her noodles, so brought it over to her living room. She placed the pot on her coffee table as she sat on the floor and turned on her tv to watch some comedy shows... In order to cheer her up (at least a bit).

~In the middle of the night.

Seojin woke up to a loud noise. She sat up on her bed, not fully awake, rubbing her eyes. All of a sudden it stopped. Seojin was curious and confused. It seemed like it was coming from her kitchen. Seojin put on her slippers as she slowly made her way to the kitchen. She turned on the lights.

She saw her grandma...

Seojin: Grandma?

Seojin's grandma turned around to see her. A smile soon appeared.

Seojin: What are you doing so early?

Seojin's grandma: I wanted to make you breakfast.
(She answered, smiling as she went back to making food.)

Seojin walked up to her grandma, and hugged her from behind. Suddenly she started to cry.

Seojin's grandma: I'm sorry.
(She said as a tear dropped.)

Seojin: I miss you. Thank you for always coming when I need you. I'm in so much pain. I don't want to feel this way.
(She said sobbing.)

Seojin's grandmother turned around to give her a hug.

Seojin's grandma: Don't cry my beautiful princess. I will always be here to watch over you. I will make sure no one hurts you.

Seojin: Why did you have to leave?

Seojin's grandma: Making you safe is my first priority. I would rather get hurt than see someone hurt my precious grand daughter.

Seojin: Who did this to you?
(She asked as tears were still rolling down her face, looking at her grandmother.)

Seojin's grandmother's body was filled with cuts, scars, and bruises.

Seojin's grandma: Your au-

Seojin: Grandma!!
(She yelled trying to grasp onto her grandma still.)

Seojin woke up full of sweat while trying to catch her breath. She noticed that tears were coming out of her eyes.

Seojin: Grandma... I miss you. I promise to get revenge for you.
(She said determined wiping away her tears.)

***

Seojin walked in her class and sat down.

The professor walked in with another young man and women. Everyone looked up, curious of who they were. Seojin was curious too.

Man: Good morning everyone, I am Lee Eunho from Daesung Prosecutor Halls and Police Centre.
(He said smiling politely, bowing.)

Women: I am Jung Jihyo from Daesung Police Centre.
(She said bowing as well.)

Everyone clapped, including Seojin. The girls next to Seojin were talking how hot Eunho was, and how they hoped that Mina and Eunho weren't dating.

Eunho and Mina talked to them about cases they have worked on, and what specific things they need to look for and do when working on a case.

After they were done, they asked the class if they had any questions. A girl asked Eunho if he was dating Jihyo.

Eunho: No, we are just good friends.
(He smiled, then stole a glance at Mina.)
Any other questions?

No one had any more questions.

Professor: Everyone, let's thank Officers Eunho and Mina for coming today.

Everyone said "Thank You" in unison. Eunho and Mina both smiled and bowed.

As class was over and Eunho and Jihyo were walking out the door, Seojin quickly went up and followed them. She tapped Eunho's shoulder. Eunho and Jihyo both stopped and turned around to see Seojin.

Seojin: Excuse me, Mr. Lee, are you the one in charge of my grandma's case?

Eunho was confused for a second, then he told Jihyo to go ahead without him.

***

Eunho and Seojin went to a café near the campus.

Seojin: I'm sorry, you must be so busy.

Eunho: It's alright, today is my day off anyways.

Seojin: My name is Kim Seojin. I was in that class earlier.

Eunho: Nice to meet you, I'm Lee Eunho.
(He said smiling as they shook hands.)
Sorry, about your grandmother?...

Seojin: Oh right, have you found out who the murderer of my grandmother is?

Eunho: I sorry I'm unable to tell you.

Seojin: Why? I'm her granddaughter! I want to know, no I need to! Ever since she left-
(She stopped as she broke down in tears again.)

The other people in the café gave them looks and started whispering.

Eunho: I'm truly sorry. I know how much you want to know, but it is restricted for officers and prosecutors to give out information when they haven't clarified it.

Eunho took out an handkerchief and held it out in front of Seojin.

Eunho: I promise once I find out who it is. I will tell you first. Right now we only have suspects with no evidence to back it up.

Seojin looked up at Eunho.

Seojin: Who are the suspects?

Eunho: I don't have my papers with me right now. Let's meet another time. I've actually been looking for you too, but when I got to the place you worked, they told me you no longer worked there...
(He looked down to think for a moment.)
How about you come over to Daesung Police Centre tomorrow? Just tell them that you're here to see me, that way I can interview you too, as a family member. And after, we can go to my office and look through everything?

Seojin: Are you sure this is going to work?
(She asked hesitant, still sniffling.)

Eunho: You won't know unless you try.
(He replied with a small smirk.)
