                         willow

"Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope," I shook my head no and stepped out of the doorframe in order to shut it.

"Willow, don't be difficult and let me explain," Isabel said putting a firm hand on the door.

I scoffed and rolled my eyes, "Oh so I'm the one being difficult."

"I was upset ok?" Isabel gave up, hitting her foot against the ground lightly.

"About what?" I crossed my arms.

"I was jealous," she mumbled looking at the ground.

"Jealous, we don't get jealous of each other-we have the same things," I said.

"No we don't," she looked at me, "At least not anymore."

"Oh really? What do I have that you don't?" I asked curiously.

"Henry, love, I don't know! I was just mad that you had so much male attention and I had none," she sighed.

"First of all, I don't have 'Henry, love,' because that isn't a thing and two who needs male attention anyways? It has never been a necessity for you. Us," I told her.

"I know but I was an idiot-"

"Yeah you were," I interrupted her with a hard glare. Her huge eyes were saying 'sorry' and she looked quite petrified. Then I started to burst into a fit of laughter. Of course I forgive her, she's my best friend. I can't stay mad at her forever, plus are you really friends if you never had an argument?

"Uhh, are you ok?" Isabel asked quietly.

"I'm not  mad at you. Well I was but you should have seen how scared you looked," I giggled.

She rolled  her eyes and playfully slapped my arm, "Fuck you."

I held my arms high in defense, "Sorry shawty."

We drove to school like we always did and I filled her in on everything that happened. Since she was my best friend, I also told her that Henry was part of a gang which definitely has something to do with him having a fetish for being liked.

I parked in my usual spot and casually looked around for Henry.

"Looking for somebody?" Isabel teased as we walked through the front doors of our school.

"Mmm, I don't know what you're talking about?" I asked, turning a corner-making my way to my locker.

"Maybe somebody who calls you sunshine?" she swooned.

I hit  the back her head making her squeal, "Don't make me hurt you."

Rubbing the spot I hit  her she groaned, "You already did."

I laughed shaking my head. I opened my locker and got my stuff. When I shut it, I saw a familiar figure leaning against a locker nonchalantly.

Ben and Dylan were standing next to him while a couple of their fans surrounding them making simple conversations. I stared at Henry's amazing looks and flashes of last night popped through my head making me blush.

"Mmm, and you're blushing," Isabel said bumping her hip with mine.

Realizing I was staring, I snapped out of my gaze and shot her a hard glare.

"Do you have to be annoying all the time?" I asked her annoyed.

"A best friend gotta do what a best friend gotta do," she said in a weird accent that made her sound stupid.
