(Note: This is taken place during your Middle School days before you and Tamaki go to U.A. for High School)

"D-Dammit! Come on, come on!"

I woke up late this morning since I was so busy last night watching my favorite Japanese Rom Com which I regret but still worth it at the same time.

Although, I really had to speed my butt off from getting up from bed, showering, skipping breakfast - for today only - and even catching the train at the train station.

I was already running towards the school building and when I finally entered the gates, I panted and dropped myself on the ground.

"Finallyyyy...", I said in a dazed tone and smiled tiredly, "I'm not late!".

"(Y-Y/N)?"

I snap back to reality when I found Amajiki looking down at my tired state so I quickly got up and laughed awkwardly.

"Hahaha, hi Tamaki!", I greeted him back and dusted off my uniform.

(A/N: Yeah, just like in the Midoriya boyfriend scenarios, since you and Tamaki known each for a long time, you call by his first name '^^)

"W-Why were you on the ground just now? Did something happen?", Amajiki questioned with a hint of worry.

I shook my head and reassured him by flashing him a smile.

"Sorry about that but I'm fine. I think wasted some of my stamina just to...haha, run all the way here to school", I said as we both walk inside the school building.

"I-I see, you almost got me worried there", he said and scratched the back of his neck, "You stayed up late last night?".

I laughed awkwardly once more before nodding in agreement - which made the elf boy sigh deeply.

"L-Let me guess, is it that...one Rom Com you've always talked about?", Amajiki questioned and twiddled his thumbs while he looked at me.

"Yep! Good guess!", I said and laughed, "I'm already in the fifteenth episode and I'm going to watch another set of five episodes after school!".

"S-Seriously? That's like o-one hour per episode!", he asked with a bit of worry, "A-And I'm worried about your b-beauty sleep! I-I don't want you rush to school like this week. You wouldn't have the energy to c-cope up with our classes".

I can see the worry in his eyes when he replied to me in a shy tone which I find it very captivating.

"You're right", I said and smiled tiredly before yawning, "I should probably take a break".

"I-I-I agree! And besides...", Amajiki replied before looking down, "I really hope we could a-atleast spend time together today. I e-even brought one melon bread just for you".

"Tamaki...", I said in awe and giggled before we head upstairs where our classroom is located.

'He really is a supportive and adorably shy guy. I'm glad we became friends back when we were in elementary school', I thought to myself as I greeted one of my friends who happen to pass by, 'In fact, he's a good listener since he's willing to help about my problems sometimes whenever I'm down'.

'Not only that, even if I talk about random things that people don't seem to understand, he would still listen with a smile and reply', I thought and looked at the elf boy, who is looking straight but his shy face was still there, 'He may be very shy but he gives me motivation and good advice too that I never thought I could ask for'.

"W-Wah!"

I accidentally bumped into Amajiki when a rowdy guy from the basketball team pushed me while running around the halls.

The moment our bodies touched, for some reason, I can feel my heart raising a bit which gives me a questionable thought in my mind.

"H-Hey! A-A-Apologize to her!", Amajiki surprisingly tried to yell towards that so-called basketball player but he was already gone, "He didn't even say excuse me and hurt you in the end, t-that's mean and I'm already e-embarrassed for yelling in the halls".

He sighed and looked down so he would hide his embarrassed face which made me smile anyways since I was able to witness something that my shy elf friend hasn't done for a while.

'W-Weird, why is my heart raising now?', I thought to myself and tried to calm my chest, 'I never felt this sort of way before when I'm with him-Wait, a minute. I think I felt this same feeling last week when we held hands during our dance exercise for our PE. What does this mean-'.

"U-Um, (Y/N)"

I snap back to reality once again and I turned towards my indigo haired friend before regaining my composure.

"D-Did the way he pushed you...hurt you? Because if he did I'll-"

"I'm okay, Tamaki!", I interrupted him with reassurance, "The push wasn't that hard".

"Y-You sure?", Amajiki questioned and frowned, "I-I really don't want to see you upset, you know?".

I smiled at his kindness and replied, "Yes, I'm very sure. Come on! Let's go to class! I'm sure Mirio is wondering why we are two minutes before homeroom".

"W-Wait, we are?", Amajiki said and checked the clock, "Oh yeah, y-you're right! Let's get going, (Y/N)!".
