Many of the characters in this story were created by Suzanne Collins in The Hunger Games Trilogy. This is just my interpretation of what could have happened in the Hunger Games Books if Katniss had not volunteered for her little sister- Primrose.
This is the first story that I have written on Wattpad and I hope I don't mess it up too much! :P If you see any mistakes that need to be fixed, please tell me so I can make my story better.
