I just don't get it" he said the rain pouring from the darkened sky. It was 5:30 and they were both on their way home the pale light of the street lamps as their guidance. "What isn't there to get? It's perfectly simple." The tall boy spoke over the harsh drum of the rain his navy hood pulled tightly. "But it doesn't make sense" the significantly shorter boy slicked his now jewelled with rain hair back. "Its just biochemistry of the brain, dopamine equals attraction. How are you confused?" His voice was visably agitated as if he wanted the conversation to reach its long awaited end. "I get that but, its just, oh i don't know. Something doesnt add up." He looked up towards the pale figure the light casting a glow on the tall boys face. "Why do you want the answer so much?" He questioned averting his gaze to the pigeon grey floor. "Well-i.. Its just" it was clear he was caught off guard by the question. "Hmm?" He now looked perplexed confused by the look in his companions eyes. "Well.. Surely you already know" he looked back towards the blonde. "What do you mean i already know? Know what?" "You're the one who knows the science behind it surely you can see it if it was right infront of you." That caught his attention. "Right infront of me? You mean-" he trailed off the end of his sentence lost in the force of the rain around him. "Yeah" he looked down before an icy hand found its way to his cheek pulling his gaze back to him. The tall blonde now dressed in a sincere smile looked closely at him. "Same."
