When you breath in do you feel that sting? Does it feel like failure, failure to live, to fight, to keep going forward? When your heart beats do you feel that emptiness? Does it feel like a cold pang? A cold pang of loss, of heartbreak, of bitterness? When you drift to the land of sleep or daydreams do you feel as if something is tugging at you? Trying to get you to stay there, to loathe in your suffering, to drown in your loneliness? When you lose yourself in thought do you feel that creeping behind you? The creeping of your subconsciousness mindlessly wandering, of crippled anxiety fighting hobbling to get to the forefront of your emotions, of complete and utter darkness surrounding your unsupervised thoughts? Do you feel all of that? All of that haunting you, suppressing you as you try to keep your feet on the ground. As you try to persevere through your daily given trials. As you keep shuffling and shoving on?
Depression… Do you feel it?
