A/N: sorry for the wait. I got mad sick with the flu and strep. I've been resting for the last couple weeks. I also got bronchitis and a sinus infection too. Then I had a lot of make up work, but I'm back ready to start making these again. Hope you enjoy. Also I was going to do the Itachi ark, but I couldn't find a way to write it and not change the story or the feels. So sorry...

After weeks of rest and study, (F/N) is ready to go to battle again.

(F/N): I think I've got this jutsu down....*walks out of heavily fortified room*

Tsunade: Well did you learn anything?

(F/N): More than I probably should have learned. Tsunade can you come over here real quick?

Tsunade: yeah sure? *walks over*

(F/N): I found out what I was looking for. I've found a way to bring back the dead...

Tsunade: That is why you wanted to look at the scrolls. You wanted to find away to bring people back.

(F/N): yes I did look for that, but the way to do it is not so good. Not only do the people have to be reanimated, but it also requires someone to give 80% of their chakra for a limited time. Also only someone with a large chakra pool can preform this or else they will die.

Tsunade: Well that sounds completely ridiculous, but you have researched this for weeks.

Jiraya: That's my student!

Tsunade: ahhhh *punches Jiraya*. Why are you like this!

(F/N): *facepalm*

Jiraya: I was going to tell Tsunade that I wanted to talk to her, but you can join too (F/N). Meet me at the bar.

After a short walk to the bar, Tsunade and (F/N) meet with Jiraya.

Jiraya: I'm going to the Hidden Rain village to scout the Akatsuki and I'm doing it alone.

Tsunade: Are you insane, what if something happens!

(F/N): Jiraya let me go with you. I'm almost as stealthy as you.

Jiraya: No, someone needs to be here incase of an attack.

(F/N): If I needed to I could just teleport us back. Come on, let's do this. For old times sakes?

Jiraya: *sigh* Fine. I'll let you go with me, but only if you listen to me. Okay?

(F/N): Okay!

Tsunade: It's too dangerous! I can't let you leave.

Jiraya: I'll tell you what. Gamble my life on this mission, you never win your gambles. I'm just joking, we'll be fine.

Tsunade: *sigh* okay. (F/N) keep Jiraya in line.

(F/N): I'll do my best!

After sometime of travel Jiraya and (F/N) infiltrated the Hidden Rain.

Jiraya: (F/N) we'll ask some people about Hanzo in the here *walks in restaurant* Do you know where Hanzō is?

Stranger: Shhh, we do not speak of his name.

(F/N): That went well, let's find some Rain Ninja.

After some time of searching they found two Rain ninjas. Jiraya and (F/N) trapped them in the belly of a toad. They interrogated one of the ninja and they got told that Hanzō has been killed by a guy named Pain and he is now the leader of the village. They leave the toads belly and suddenly got attacked by a fury of paper.

???: Well what do we have here? Master Jiraiya...

(F/N): huh... who's this chick?

Jiraiya: That's one of my former students. Konan, you've really grown...

Konan: Jiraiya. You and this person will know true pai—

(F/N) teleports behind Konan and slams a rasengan into her back effectively damaging her. Jiraiya covers her in toad oil.

(F/N): It seems you student doesn't have good reflexes...

???: Konan I will take it from here.

(F/N): huh another one?

Jiraiya: Watch out (F/N) he is also one of my former students. Nagato possesses the Rinnegan.

(F/N): Okay *Activates EMS*

Pain: I am Pain...

A Giant surge of chakra cashes into Jiraiya and (F/N). It's so much power that they both get knocked back.

Jiraiya: what is this power..! I'll have to activate honored sage mode. By me some time (F/N)!

(F/N): No problem *goes into sage mode*!

Jiraiya and (F/N) is attacked by a giant three headed dog summon. To which (F/N) is just barely able to hold off. (F/N) whacks the summon away. A giant bird then tried to spear them. Which (F/N) combated with a giant rasengan.

Jiraiya: your good (F/N)! It's time to finish this!

Pain: summoning jutsu! *enter 2 more paths* with these two, I'm going to have to go all out.

(F/N): Jiraiya do it!

Jiraiya w/ Ma and Pa: Auditory Genjutsu!

(F/N) zipped around slapping around 3 paths of pain to which Jiraiya caught in the Genjutsu.

Jiraiya: Nagato... goodbye...

(F/N): did we get them...

Jiraiya: I believe we did!

Pain: I thought you taught me to never let my guard down Jiraiya Sensei.

Jiraiya and (F/N) gets knocked outside of the city and onto water. Jiraiya got his arm torn off in the process.

(F/N): I thought we killed them!

Jiraiya: tch, are you Yahiko or Nagato!?

Pain: *6 paths of pain appear* We are neither Yahiko or Nagato. We are God!

Pain started whacking around Jiraiya and (F/N). Jiraiya drug one path into a frogs stomach. (F/N) is forced to fight the other 5 paths.

(F/N): This looks bad.

(F/N) summons 6 clone to battle the other paths. One clone spam throws Marked Kunai. He successfully holds the path of pains at bay till Jiraiya returns to the battle.

Jiraiya: These are all people I have fought before in life! (F/N) leave!!!

Jiraiya's throat gets crushed leaving Pain to (F/N) alone!
