(F/N) sees a giant explosion and immediately heads towards destruction. When (F/N) gets there Itachi is sealing away Nagato. The Forest was leveled.
(F/N): so they reanimated you too Itachi. Naruto, Bee, you ok?
Naruto: were alright. Let's go beat the caster of this jutsu.
Naruto attempts to make a clone, but his KCM mode goes away when he tries.
Itachi: Naruto, I'm more suited to fight him. You can't do everything by yourself. I tried and I failed. So let me handle him.
(F/N): Itachi let me join you. Naruto I will send a clone with you, so if anything happens I'll know.
Itachi: you should focus finishing the war—
(F/N): *whispers* Itachi, I also need to discuss something with you... Alright it's settled, let's go!
The two teams headed off.
Itachi: so what did you want to tell me?
(F/N): Itachi, I'm going to revive you...
Itachi: what?!
(F/N): remember what I told you before the massacre... about me being a Dimensional Beings. I want you to be 1 of the 2 sub-Dimensional Beings...
Itachi: why me?
(F/N): because ever since you were young, you thought like a leader. Itachi, I know I can trust you. That's why I want to pick you. I'll most likely be the next Hokage, I'm going to tell everyone that Danzo wanted uchiha sharingans and that he wanted you to do the mission. It'll clear your name and keep the uchiha name still good.
Itachi: I assume you have created some sort of jutsu.
(F/N): yes, I created it to counter the reanimation jutsu... I sense a chakra source... it's Sasuke's, we'll discuss more later.
Itachi and (F/N) went into a cave to fight Kabuto. Sasuke followed shortly behind them.
(F/N): I'm going into sage mode to preserve my bijuu chakra. *enters sage mode* Let's go!
Itachi and (F/N) break through the wall and see Kabuto sitting next to Anko's body.
Kabuto: I'm impressed you were able to get through my barrier and find me.
Itachi: When I was being controlled, I pin pointed your location. Another risk to this jutsu. Though you won't need to remember that for next time.
Kabuto: thanks for the tip. I didn't expect any shinobi to counter this jutsu, so I didn't even worry about it. There is something I want you to know, even if you kill me... the jutsu will not be undone.
(F/N): talking is fun in all, but let's end this Itachi.
Kabuto used a giant light attack that paralyzed Itachi, but (F/N) could sense Kabuto and blocked all his attacks. (F/N) threw a kunai, which Kabuto easily blocked, but (F/N) predicted his movements and threw a kunai into his snake protruding from his abdomen. This pinned him to the ceiling.
Kabuto tried to slink down and grab the previously thrown kunai, but Itachi grabbed the kunai first and sliced off one of Kabuto's horn.
Kabuto: I forget sometimes that I have horns now.
Itachi charges at Kabuto, Kabuto does the same. Kabuto and Itachi collide, but Itachi blocks with the kunai.
Itachi: Izanami!
Kabuto slams his hands on the ground and makes the rocks of the cave pierce Itachi. Kabuto once again charges at Itachi, this time with a seal. (F/N) eyes start to bleed.
(F/N): Amaterasu!
A circle of the Black Flames surrounds Itachi and
(F/N), Kabuto stops. The cave retracts to its former self. Once again though both charge and land the same exact blow to each other.
Itachi: Izanami!
Kabuto stops moving and and is still. Itachi's eye goes white...
(F/N): so this is Izanami, Itachi I'm going to leave another clone here, but it will be hidden. Do the same, but yours visible. Explain everything to Sasuke, I'll put him under a small genjutsu to think you have gone away. But first, *eye starts to bleed*
-Gyaku kaifuku (your healing ability)
Itachi's eye reforms back into his MS.
Itachi: this is your Mangekyou ability, it reverses damage. Let's execute our plan.
(A/N: so Itachi flees with (F/N), but leaves their clones. Itachi and Sasuke have their touching moment, but Itachi becoming a spirit is just a genjutsu)
Itachi and (F/N) flee, to preform the ritual.
(F/N): Itachi are you ready?
Itachi: yes...
(F/N): alright... *puts hand on Itachi's head*
Jikan fukkatsu!
A flash of light appears and Itachi becomes flesh and blood again.
Itachi: i-it worked?! My eyes! They're not blurry?
(F/N): this jutsu, revives you at the peak of your power, it also removes all illnesses that plagues you.
Itachi: this should never get into the wrong hands.
(F/N): me and you are the only person who knows about this. Now do you remeber our old hideout?
Itachi: yes? Why?
(F/N): after the massacre, I went and stole Fugaku's eyes... I know it's bad, but I assumed Danzo was after the eyes. Go to the old hideout and implant your fathers eyes, you should receive the EMS, then come back and join me at the battlefield.
Itachi: right, see you then.
Itachi turns into a flock of crows and disappears, but right after that moment, Inoichi enters (F/N)'s mind.
Inoichi: I've been trying to get to you, where have you been?
(F/N): ending the reanimation jutsu, what do you need?
Inoichi: The Kage are battling a reanimated Madara! All the reanimations are gone, but Madara is still here.
(F/N): so the real Madara Uchiha has been revived! Is Tsunade there?
Inoichi: yes! Hurry!
(F/N) arrives to see the Kage all near death and the tops of the mountain range sliced off.
Madara: So another person has come to dance? Let's hope your not as pathetic as the five Kage.
Ay: get out of here (F/N) there is no way you can beat him!
(F/N): sit back and rest... Madara! Let's see who has the best dance moves! *activates EMS and bijuu mode*
Madara: so you posses the sharingan! Who are you?
(F/N): my name is... (F/N) Namikaze! Brother of the Fourth Hokage!
