You wake up in a hospital bed wondering what happened you turn to see Itachi sitting in a corner.
Itachi: your awake, I'm surprised we got out of that mess
(F/N): what happened while I was out...
Itachi: your screams could be heard all the way out near the small villages. So I pick you up and ran towards the Hidden Leaf.
(F/N): Thank you Itachi...
Itachi: I noticed that when you stared at my MS you screamed in pain, it's just a guess but you may have attained a new visual prowess.
(F/N): you think? I mean how would I have even achieved that?
Itachi: they are only one way to find out
Itachi activated his MS and you stated at it with no affect.
Itachi: can you stand?
(F/N) got up and walked to Itachi.
(F/N): I've fought in worse states than this
Itachi: ok then follow me to the training field
You and Itachi went to the training field to do some tests
——after a long walk——
Itachi: alright just like when you use your EMS focus chakra in your right eye and see if you can use another move and aim at that dead tree over there.
(F/N): ok I'll give it a shot
At that moment a bloody tear came down and a black fire spread on the dead tree quickly turning it to ash
Itachi: just as I thought your new prowess let's you copy other visual prowesses
(F/N): that's really cool, but I could only set a certain amount of chakra into it.
Itachi: that must mean that you can only use it to the extent of the original user, unless that can change through. Also that means you have Tsukuyomi, which is my other MS ability. The one you just used was Amaterasu.
(F/N): what do they exactly do?
Itachi: Amaterasu is an inextinguishable flame that burns for about a week on its own unless I call it off. Tsukuyomi is a genjutsu that can put whatever pain or feeling you want on the victim. Time is also an illusion, what seems like days, weeks, or years, is moments in this world.
(F/N): wow you got some broken abilities, but okay then I think I'm going to go rest, so I can get more missions in. Cya Itachi
Itachi internally: I'm sorry but you will not
Itachi: Cya (F/N)
——the morning of the next day——
(F/N) wakes up to see a jonin waiting for him.
Jonin: (F/N), Lord Third is waiting on you
(F/N): *sigh* fine...
(F/N) gets dressed and teleports to Hiruzen
(F/N): Lord Third what do you need
Hiruzen: well... Itachi has been put as a rouge ninja for the massacre of the Uchiha Clan.
(F/N): he was given orders wasn't he...
Hiruzen: yes, but since you were one of the few who knew of the Uchiha's motives. We are gonna tell the public about him becoming a rouge ninja. So don't tell anyone.
(F/N): you have my word, but what if his little brother. I think Sasuke was his name.
Hiruzen: ah yes, he is alive. We'll take good care of him. Now go along, I have work to attend to.
(F/N): yes Lord Third
(F/N) teleported away and thought for a while before going back to bed.
