A/N: sorry that I missed last week, I was busy so I'm going to try to give you all 2 parts this week. Also I plan on going from the Zabuza arc, to chunin arc, to the retrieval arc for classic Naruto, I might add in extra stuff. We'll get on to Naruto Shippiden after that stuff. But 4-5 episodes left for classic Naruto. So I hope you enjoy:)

After weeks if D-rank missions, Naruto finally gets to go on a C-rank mission...
Naruto: finally we get to go on a real mission!
Sasuke: whatever...
Sakura: where is Kakashi sensei?
(F/N): sorry I'm late... I got caught up by Lord Third.
Sakura and Naruto: where Kakashi sensei (F/N)?
(F/N): I should explain the mission and why I'm substituting for Kakashi today. Well Kakashi was summoned by Lord Third and needs to go on a mission, but he'll be with us later. And for your mission we'll be escorting this man to the land of waves. The mans name is Tazuna.
Tazuna:...
(F/N): Well lets get walking before the day gets hot.
Team 7 , (F/N), and Tazuna walk for several miles and are approaching the half way mark.
(F/N): we're about the half way point we'll sto—
At that moment two shuriken laced chains wrap around (F/N) and tearing him into bloody pulp.
Team 7: (F/N)!!!
Two chunin ninja: so that was supposed to be the great (F/N), pathetic.
One of the ninja rushes Naruto and scratches him before Sasuke intervened and stops it from completely hitting him. Sakura was guarding Tazuna.
Chunin ninja two: let's finish this!
Out of nowhere (F/N) pops up and casually knocks out and ties up the chunin ninja.
Team 7: (F/N) your okay!
(F/N): of course I saw that attack coming from a mile away. I knew someone was trailing us, so I thought I would test y'all. You need to work on your training some, Sasuke you handled it well, so congrats I guess, your prize is nothing:)
Sasuke: *walks over to Naruto* what was wrong you scaredy-cat.
Naruto stayed silent and was shaking. He suddenly grabs a kunai and stabs it into his hand, which calmed him down.
Naruto: I trained so long, and so hard. I'm not going to let other people save me. I'll never run away and never lose to Sasuke. By the wound I make this pledge... Believe it!!!
(F/N): lets continue shall we. Sakura wrap his wounds first though.
—after several hours of walking—
A thick mist surrounds Team 7 and Tazuna.
(F/N): Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura go into a triangle formation around Tazuna. *activates sharingan* whoever's there, you can come out now.
???: I'm impressed you sensed me.
(F/N): please, I could sense you with my sharingan. Demon of the Hidden Mist, Zabuza.
Sasuke: d-did you say sharingan?
All of a sudden Zabuza rushed (F/N) with a mighty slash, making a small crater. (F/N) in return rushes at Zabuza with multiple marked kunai. He throws them in a circle around Zabuza.
