You are (Y/N) (L/N), an ordinary man living in Canterlot City, you got a new apartment, and attend Canterlot High! There you befriended many people. But of course, none come close to your best friends: Twilight Sparkle, Sunset Shimmer, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy!
Twilight is a magical princess from another world known as Equestria, everyone there is a talking magical pony. She was an alicorn in that world. Not just any though, she was the princess of Friendship. She came to earth, because her crown was stolen, and returned again to stop a group of villains known as the Dazzlings from mind controlling everyone. Luckily she kept the portal open and used a cloning spell to come and live with you guys. She also became your roommate.
Sunset, she used to be a bully at CHS, and was the one who stole Twilight's crown. As it turns out, she was also from Equestria and was a student of Princess Celestia, co-ruler, and Twilight's former mentor. Luckily, you all helped her see the error of her ways, and she became a very popular student at school. She also moved in with you and Twilight, cause her original apartment, kind of was taken for her, since she couldn't pay rent.
Applejack, is a cowgirl, and works at Sweet Apple Acres, she is known for being an honest girl, and is extremely friendly, and brave, yet pretty stubborn. She's always looking to help out her friends.
Rainbow Dash is the captain of all the sports teams, and is the most athletic girl in the school. She may have an ego, but she makes up for it, with her loyalty to those she cares about! She's got a heart of gold, and always looks out for her friends!
Pinkie Pie is a huge party planner, and works at the Sweet Shoppe, Sugarcube Corner. She is a pretty funny girl, and always wants to make her friends laugh!
Rarity is a fashionista who works at Carousel Boutique. She is a drama queen, but also is very generous. She puts others above herself and her looks. Plus she is very beautiful.
Finally there's Fluttershy, she is the kindest of the 7 girls, and loves all animals. She may also be pretty shy, and a shut-in sometimes. But she always loves spending time with her best friends.
Anyway, after the whole Battle of the Bands event, you decided to get everyone's minds set off of it by introducing all the girls into one of your favorite video games of all time, Pokemon! You managed to get the girls interested in Pokemon,Gens 1-5 (Blue, Red, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Black, White, and their sequels).
They all managed to get into it, and became quite the fans themselves. Heck you all got together a bunch after school and would just play Pokemon, trading some of the Pokemon that you guys caught and discussing what you would do.
Sometimes you would do it on sleepovers, or anywhere. You guys became complete fans of the series. This increased the bond between you all. And you couldn't be happier. Fluttershy even bought all of you, plushies of some of the Pokemon, like her favorite Pikachu!
One day you were busy at your apartment, looking through your collection of DS cartridges. And soon enough you spot a mysterious one. It had a collection of colors on it. And it was a Pokemon one! It said "Pokemon Generations!" What a mysterious cartridge indeed!
(Y/N): WOAH! I've never seen one like this before!! I have to tell the girls about this!
You phone all the girls, who were doing their own things at the moment.
Soon you all met to discuss the events.
Sunset: Wait wait, you mean to say that this cartridge just appeared when you looked through your DS collection?
(Y/N): Yeah it was the strangest thing.
Rainbow: Maybe it came from outer space or something?
Twilight: Rainbow don't be ridiculous! Aliens don't exist.
Rainbow: Magic talking ponies exist where you come from Twilight.
Applejack: I don't think that's the same thing.
Fluttershy: Well what does it do? I've never seen a Pokemon game called "Pokemon Generations" before.
Rarity: Is it a hack or something?
Pinkie: I bet it could be!
(Y/N): Or it could be someone getting into my collection and trying to screw it all up in front of my face!
Sunset: Well maybe we put it in the 3DS and see for ourselves?
Rainbow: And how do we know it won't kill us?
Sunset: Rainbow, you're being ridiculous!?
Pinkie: I think we should try it! It makes me so nervouscited!!
Applejack: That's not even a real word Pinkie.
(Y/N): Well I'll give it a go! Here goes nothing.
You jam the cartridge and jam it into the DS, and it begins to glow!
Twilight: Wait why is it glowing? (Y/N), did you turn the power on already?
(Y/N): NO I DIDN'T, I SWEAR!!!!
All of a sudden a Pokemon comes straight out of the screen of the console. You all recognized who it exactly was. It was Arceus, the God of all Pokemon!
(Y/N) and Humane 7: ARCEUS!!
Arceus: Yes, humans! Thank you for releasing me from my prison! I have been trapped in there for so long. I can't remember how long it has been.
(Y/N): So, you're actually real?
Rarity: OF COURSE HE IS! IT'S ARCEUS! I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO CATCH HIM!!
Arceus: I can tell you all admire me. I appreciate it, humans. Tell me, what do you desire?
Sunset: What do you mean?
Arceus: I will grant you all one wish, since you have set me free. I can give you the power to see what lies in the world of Pokemon! But it is a dangerous journey! You will go through all 5 regions. Not all at once, but one at a time. You must become Pokemon Master, by becoming champion of all 5 regions! But with the courage of your friends, I can tell that you are up to that task (Y/N) (L/N)!
(Y/N): I humbly accept, I always wanted to try that experience!
Twilight: Well, I think I'll join too! I always wanted to see the world of Pokemon for myself!
Sunset: Count me in too! If Twilight and (Y/N) are going, I'll go too!
Pinkie: Don't forget about little old me!
Rarity: And me darling!
Applejack: And me!
Fluttershy: And me ...... if you don't mind that is.
Rainbow: And you're not leaving me behind either!
Arceus: Very well then humans. I will grant thy wish. I will take you to the Kanto Region!
Arceus activated an orb of light, which sucked you all in. It was time for a grant adventure! An adventure, that none of you would surely be forgetting!
