Evie found out that I was hanging out with Jake. She freaked out and got super mad!

It was hilarious! I thought she was going to kill someone when she realized that he was here to see me and not to ask her out!

Jake and I have become good friends. Plus he's the only one I can talk to about my problems with Tyler.

Anyway, Jake said that he'd come and pick me up. I sent him a text that said to stay in the car I'll just come out so Evie won't see you. But, he got that text as he rang the doorbell and left his phone in the car.

Evie answered the door. I ran down the stairs and yelled "I'll get it!" but Evie beat me to it. "No. I'll get it. I want to see who you're cheating on with Tyler." "We're just friends!" I yelled.

She opened the door and her jaw dropped to the ground. "Jake Carver!! What are you doing here!? You know where I live!? I knew you'd come to your senses!" "No, Evie liste-" "You know my name!? Amy and Brianna are going to be so jealous!" "Evie listen. I'm here to see-" "Yes I'll go out with you! Where do you want to go?" She grabbed his hand and skipped out the door way. "Evie you're not listening! I'm here to see Kaylee!"

"Hahaha. Good joke! You don't want Kaylee! She's a huge nobody and a nerd! You want me! Let's go!" "Evie, if you actually get to know her, she's really nice. That's one of the reasons I like hanging out with her. She doesn't make a big deal when she is with me. She treats me like a normal person. You should treat her better than you do." Jake said and then looked to me as i finished walking down the stairs. Evie just looked down at the ground. She looked a little embarrassed, then said"What kind of sick joke are you playing?" "No game." I said walking outside to meet him. "He's the guy I've been texting lately." " No that was Caleb." Evie said like she was trying to make herself believe it wasn't Jake but someone else. "Caleb was just a cover name. I don't know a Caleb." I walked towards Jake and hugged him.

I got in the car and Jake turned around and did a half smile and waved. "Bye." then he got in the car. Evie just stood there with a 'what the heck just happened, I'm confused' look on her face. Me and Jake laughed and drove off.

"Your sister is crazy! How do you love with her?" He asked with a smirk on his face."I honestly have know idea." We laughed again. He turned on the CD he had in his car and started singing. It was his song track. I just looked at him. "What?" he asked. "You are singing to your own songs?" "Why not?" I rolled my eyes and smiled.

We pulled into the movie theater's parking lot. Since Jake rented a car no one noticed that it was him. We parked and he was about to walk out of the car. "Aren't you forgetting something?" I asked. He looked confused. I pointed at his sunglasses on the dashboard. "Oh crap! Thanks! That could've been bad!" He said hopping back into the car. "What being seen with me? A 'normal' girl."I said jokingly. "No! The crowds of people following us, asking for autographs, not leaving us alone for days, coming up with crazy stories and put us in the newspaper...." I agreed that being followed everywhere could get a tad annoying them said "Come on."

We turned in the tickets and found our theater. We walked in. He walked up the steps and I walked down. We both turned around. Jake made a puppy face and flooded his hands then pointed to the top row. I mouthed fine and walked up the steps.

We sat in the middle of the row at the very top."I like to sit at the top because then I can see everyone and I feel like a king." Jake said with a proud look on his face."As if you don't have enough attention!" I said while laughing. "Shhh! The movie is starting!"

"Wait! Is this a horror movie!? I hate horror movies!" I said while covering my eyes at a creepy part. "Sorry! I thought I told you! Guess not!" "Shhhhh!" some old lady a few rows in front of us demanded. We laughed, quietly. A few moments passed. Then all of a sudden, he touched my hand. We looked at each other. He grabbed my hand and held it. His hand were soft and smooth but very strong. Since I didn't pull away he guessed I didn't mind; which I didn't. But in the back of my mind I knew this wasn't right. I was holding another boys hand. Possibly falling for him. I was already in a relationship, but yet I couldn't pull away my hand.
