I Moved On...I Think

Chapter 3

Kono POV

I stare at the board looking at the five victims photographs. Something seems familiar when I see their faces but I can't figure out what it is.

"You see it too huh?" Chin Ho asks from behind me.

"See what cuz?" I reply.

"Lori. The blondes look exactly like her I think."

As I look up, it's as if the blondes on the screen all have her face. They could be sisters. "I guess I needed to be told but yeah. Its practically her."

DANNY'S POV

"Ya know. It's a shame we don't know a really good profiler here with us to help. A good looking one that we like and who likes us-." I start smirking and then add, "Oh wait! We did, you're just an idiot."

My idiot of a best friend growls at me before trying to defend himself, "I didn't mean to make her leave Danny! I tried to get her to stay."

"I know that but did you suggest that she should stay or did you ask her not to leave?" I ask before leaving, i can see him thinking of how he handled it as I leave but his words stop me at the door.

"They look like her. The blonde ones look so much like her and it scares me to be honest." Steve admits, I clear my throat and leave.

Derek Morgan POV

As the plane lands on the air strip, both Reid and Lori startle awake.  Lori's hands shake as she's only half awake but Pretty Boy's eyes pop wide open, everyone sharing a laugh at the unsuspecting two. It happens everytime that nobody is suprised anymore   but as I smile warmly at my best friend, I see the worry in her eyes.

In less than an hour I'll meet the idiot who practically broke her heart, I have the same amount of respect for him as I do for sister's cheating ex. Absolutely None. Me and Rossi will make sure he goes nowhere near her, we have to; the father figure and the best friend.

Minuites later we grab our bags, the rental SUVs were parked maybe 200 yards away waiting for us. I feel the heat everywhere, Prentiss, Reid, JJ and I seem to be melting already. Only Rossi and Lori seem normal, and smug.

"Morgan, Weston you're driving there. We'll do four in one and three in the other with all the bags." Hotch orders as we move forwards. I honestly have no clue where to go so I let Lori lead the way.

After getting into the cars and setting off it takes about 35 minutes until the car, that has Emily, Reid and Lori in, pulls over into a small convenience store, Lori running in out quickly with bags of what looks like chips, drinks and chocolate. Im not exactly surprised though. We know how the girls eat when they're bored.

LORI'S POV

We leave the convenience store laughing as we share our food, heading straight for the Iolani Palace, Hawaii Five 0 headquarters. I try remembering my way as the team genius spouts of facts in the seat behind me. "Reid, we love you but shut up." Prentiss tells him and I grin, finally noticing the Palace after a further 15 minuite drive.

"Here We Are!" I say just hiding the horror in my voice. "Let's get the bags and go up."

We wait until Morgan parks and give everyone their bags before walking through to security at the entrance of the lobby.

"Hotch, they had an internal attack a couole years back and there were over 30 injured and killed. That's why there's security." I mumble and he mumbles something in acceptance. We take a good half hour in security with all our weapons and laptops.

"Do you need someone to escort you up?" An officer asks but I politely decline with the response, 'I know my way round, I was here once years ago.' Which technically isn't a lie but isn't exactly the truth.

I take us to the service elevator, then up to the 5th floor. When the elevator stops on the floor and we walk down the daunting corridor I feel ready to pass out.

Hotch is stood at the front of us, shaking Steve's hand, Morgan brushing right oast to cheerfully greet his friend, Grover I think his name was?

I Rossi is moving to say Hi to Danny when Steve sees me, he remains frozen for a moment before choking out, "Lori!"
