Mal pov
He woke up early again so he could get dressed, he looked over at Zoey and saw tear stains on her cheeks, and it was breaking his heart. (The only reason she's upset is because I'm distancing myself away from her, Zoey doesn't have feelings for me) when Zoey woke up and found him standing next to the couch, Zoey looked even more hurt than yesterday. After they repeated yesterday morning they left the room, when Zoey tried to hold his hand, he wouldn't let her, he saw a couple of tears run down Zoey's face but he ignored it. After they ate breakfast, they luckily were able to open the front doors, so they walked around the garden. As they walked Zoey kept trying to hold his hand but he wouldn't let her despite the fact he wanted to hold hands with Zoey.
"Zoey, stop trying to hold my hand, whatever it is you're thinking it's not happening." He said, after Zoey tried to hold his hand for what felt like the one hundredth time. Then he almost apologized and say he didn't mean it, when Zoey whimpered and looked at him like he destroyed her entire world, but he didn't apologize. Later that night Zoey took a shower, and while he laid in bed he could hear Zoey crying over the sound of the shower. (I'm sorry love, I want to hold you.....to love you, but you don't love me, I need to keep my distance) when Zoey exited the bathroom, he didn't say anything to her as she got into the bed, then they fell asleep.
Mike pov
"Zoey's upset." Svetlana commented.
"Why?" Vito asked.
"I think Zoey's in love with Mal." Manitoba said.
"She can't be." He replied. (Why would she fall in love with Mal)
"You idiot, have you been paying attention to the last three weeks, you knew it was a possibility." Chester ranted.
"What are you going to do if we find out Zoey might have fallen in love with Mal?" Manitoba asked.
"I don't know." He answered. (Zoey if you have fallen in love with Mal, why him and what did I do wrong that made you end up falling in love with my most dangerous multiple personality)
