Chapter 17

Ariel continuously pats her cheeks. Though it was a windy morning, her whole body felt warm, and her face feels flushed. As she continued walking towards the school ground, someone hugged her from her back.

"Ariel!"

Due to the sudden scare, Ariel got flustered and pushed Laura away. Realising it was Laura, Ariel became shocked and regretted her action. "Laura!"

"Hey, what's the matter with you?"

"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry. I didn't know it was you." Ariel frantically looks around Laura's body to see if she's hurt anywhere.

"I'm the only one who ever does this kind of thing to you, so why are you so flustered today? Did something happen as you're coming to school? I don't see Casper around either." Laura looked around to spot for his car.

At the mention of Casper's name, Ariel blushed. She recalled Casper's behaviour earlier as he kissed her passionately.

"Lately you've been so expressive. I like that, so here's a reward."

Casper pushed her against the wall before he devoured those sweet lips. He felt urgent and wished that time was able to stop, allowing them to be together longer. Ariel became weak at his attack, allowing herself to get devoured. He slowly releases as Ariel gasp for air desperately while gazing into his eyes. Casper was almost ready for the second attack, but Ariel quickly covered his mouth.

"Wait." Ariel barely gasped for air as Casper removed her hand.

"I can't wait."

"Wait, Cas-" Her words were swallowed before she slowly loses her energy to refuse. She became weak as she wrapped her arms around his neck for support. Casper pulled her tighter as though it was not enough. He wanted every part of her. If only time could stop and they can stay that way forever.

Ariel was almost getting dizzy as she pushed herself away from Casper before she embraces him. "W...we need to s...stop. I have s...school." Ariel pants out the words as she tried to catch her breath.

"S...Sorry." Both gasps for air before Casper tightens his hug on Ariel. "I'm missing you already..."

Ariel chuckled. "What are you? A child? I'm still here, but I need to go to school."

"I know." Casper sulked.

Ariel grin as she loosens her hug before pecking his cheeks. "I'll be back soon."

Casper cupped her face as he brought her closer to him before he plants a tender kiss on her forehead. "I can't wait to eat you up."

"Ariel!" Laura tapped her shoulder as Casper disappeared from her vision. She turned over to Laura. "Are you listening to me?"

"Y...yeah." They continued walking.

"What's wrong with you? Did something happen between you and Casper?"

"What do you mean by that? What could happen between Casper and me?" Laura's remark flustered Ariel.

"I don't know what could happen between a married couple." Laura shrugged.

For no particular reason, she recalled the night of her birthday and Casper's recent behaviours. Ariel's face turned red as her body temperature rise drastically.

"Why are you red-" Laura immediately clasped her mouth. "No way!"

Ariel held her face as she walks faster. "Ariel! Don't tell me- You and Casper..." Laura gasped while Ariel guessed that Laura knew as she quickly clasped Laura's mouth tight.
