Aoba leads the way to his room. As he opens the door Riku jumps on his leg.

"Hey, Riku this (Y/N)." He nuzzled the dog, then holds him out to me.

"Hello, Riku aren't you the cutest little pup." I took him out of Aoba's hands, and sat on the floor.

"So umm what did you think about Granny's cooking, great isn't it?" He sat across from me.

"It was delicious, just like I imagine a Grandmother's cooking would taste." Riku lays on my lap, as I continued to pet him.

"You don't have grandparent either?" Now he looked concern.

"No both sides of my family grandparents passed away. I was a baby at the time, so I never got to meet them. Actually, I'm the only person left in my family."

"That's horrible," look up see Aoba sad.

"It's in the past, there isn't much I or anyone else can do. The best thing is to move on and live your life. Yes, I'm sad, upset that my parents died. But I know they would want me to live my life and be happy." If only I was happy and enjoying my life.

"But you're not, are you?" I look at him, did he just read my mind?

"You're not happy, travelling the world seeing different places must be exciting. But are you really happy?"

No no! I'm not getting close to him, I can't afford to let someone in. Everyone I care and love gets hurt or dies. "I am happy, also get to meet new people. Like you, Ren, your Grandma and the others." I try to put my best convincing smile.

"(Y/N) I can see you're not happy..."

Suddenly I got a sharp pain behind my ear. "Fuck!"

"You alright (Y/N)?"

"Y-yeah just a headache, it happens most days."

Another sharp and more intense pain shoots through my head. I grab my head try and lessen the pain. "FUCK!"

I double over in pain, but it gets worse as it intensifies. I begin to scream in pain.

I hear someone burst through the

"What happen?" That's Ms Tae, hear her get closer.

"Nothing, we're talking all of a sudden she got a headache. And it got worse by the second till this."

It's those fucking bastard from the lab! I know it. "Fucking bastard!"

I'm tired of this, "you can't control me!"

I dig my nails into my skin, rip the chip out. I don't care if I die from this, better than being controlled. I laugh half-heartedly, "check mate..."

I feel the darkness take me, thanks Aoba for being nice to me. I give into the darkness.

- Aoba -

I move (Y/N) on to my bed after Ren had her patched up.

Granny sat on the bed, while everyone sat on the floor. I stayed closed to (Y/N).

"About 14 years ago, there was a rumour of children in a lab. Who were born naturally that could control people's will and were able to move objects with their minds."

"So what's that got to do with (Y/N)?" I asked, everyone look away.

"Aoba yesterday after (Y/N) left the shop. She found one of the guys from Morphine, place her hands on each side of his head." Koujaku said.

"Yeah so? She was trying to help him."

"No Aoba, she was trying to enter his mind." I look towards Gran.

"She could of been trying to help him. Probably why she was asking questions."

"Why did she have a chip implanted in her head?" Noiz asked.

"She could be dangerous, that's why they implanted a chip. So they could control her." Ren added.

"She did say 'you can't control me.'" Clear commented.

"Do you know anything else about the lab?" Koujaku asked.

"About that time, I heard that they had a young child that was strong. About a year or two later I heard the lab caught on fire. There were no survivors."

"Except (Y/N)..."

"Mama... Dada... Where are you...?" Look over to her, see tears running down her cheeks.

"Maybe she was taken from her parents?" Clear suggested.

"It's possible... I think we should let her rest for now. Wait for her to wake to ask her ourselves."

Everyone went out, Koujaku stops at the door. "Aoba you coming?"

"No, I'm going to stay here. Watch over her."

"Be careful Aoba," I nodded he left.

I brush her hair out of her face. "Aoba..." Her eyes started to flutter open. "What happen?"

"You ripe a chip out, then fell unconscious."

"Oh... Where's the chip now?"

"Noiz has it... Don't worry about the chip. You need to rest."

She tried to sit up, "not so quick."

I help her, she looked into her hands. "Aoba I need that chip. Now that it's out, I have to destroy it."

"The others can destroy it but you need to rest." She tried to get out of bed.

"You don't understand Aoba, I need to destroy it!"

"You need to rest!" I try to keep her on the bed. But instead, she pushes us both off the bed. She lands on top of me.

Second time this night, Koujaku burst through the door. "Aoba are you right?"

The others come in, (Y/N) sees Noiz and jumps up. "Noiz I need you to give me the chip now!"

"No..."

"What do you mean no? Give me the chip now!"

"Make me..."

She stoped and back up. "You're work for him aren't you? That's why you've all been so nice to me."

She looks me dead in the eyes, "you! You've pretending be caring, and nice so I would fall for you! Fuck you!"

The balcony door slides open. "(Y/N) you don't understand wait!" As I reach out to grab her, she said something.

'I can't believe I almost fell for you...'

"(Y/N)..."

Like that she disappeared into the night.

"Aoba are you okay?" Ren came over.

"She said she almost fell for me..."
