I found a nearby rooftop, sat down gazed over the city. Tomorrow I'm leaving, I can't stay here, not with Aoba.
"Well hello there (Y/N)."
"Rough night?"
Turn around see two guys look the same and dress similar.
"And you pair are?"
"I'm Virus," "and I'm Trip."
"What do you want?"
Watch them both as they came closer. "We saw what you did the other day with one of our guys." Virus spoke.
"So you're the ones zombifying people! How can you do that to them?"
"Zombified? Hahaha." Virus started laughing.
"They willingly join us. Being zombified as you call it, is part of joining." Trip
"It's to make sure they do as they're told."
"So what when you're finished you toss them aside like they were yesterday's trash?"
"Exactly," Trip grinned.
"We have a proposition for you." Virus
"We want you to join us, we know what you can do. If you join us, you can have whatever you want." Trip
"Join you? Why would I want to join when I can do and get whatever I want now?" Not only that I'm part of Kommandant's men.
"You would have a place to stay, no more travelling. No more sleeping in the cold." Virus
"No more scavenging for food. Or selling junk for money." Trip added.
"Hahahahaha... Oh man, you pair couldn't have it more wrong. I have money for accommodation and food. Even if I didn't, I know how to survive."
"Even so, aren't you tired of moving from place to place? Join us, and you can have everything you ever wanted." Trip step forward with his hand out to me.
"If you join you'll have your place in the top ranks of Morphine." Virus
"No, I'm not joining your piss ant gang. Especially after how you treat your gang members."
"How about you think it over and we'll see you later this week." Trip
"Here you can keep this," Virus handed me a love heart pin. Must be their symbol.
"Listen I'm not joining your gang, I'm already apart of one. And there's no way I'll ever betray them. So here's what I think about you and your piss ant gang."
I made the pin float between us, as the pin was turning around. It starts to crack and then shattered.
"I see..." Trip
"If that's your answer, we'll get going. There's no use wasting our time any longer." They both turn to leave.
"You might want to watch your back, while you're here (Y/N)." Trip said as they left
"Watch my back, oh please. What are they going to do?" I climb down the ladder to make my way to the street.
"At least it's warm tonight," look at the stars.
"What were you doing with Morphine?" Hear the same baritone voice from this morning.
See Rainbow leaning on his bike. "The lovers came and saw me. They wanted me to join their little gang. Obviously, I said no."
"Good... We need to talk, get on."
"No, I'm not hoping on. You may be Aoba's friend, doesn't mean I trust you."
"Listen, girl, I don't have all night. Your Commander asked me to take you somewhere."
"Kommandant? How do I know you're telling the truth?"
"Do you want to have Fang one day?" Yay... Blackmail...
"Fine then..." I hop on hold on to Rainbow.
He takes off, driving through the streets and back alleys. How does he know Kommandant? How does he know I'm here? That means he'll be here soon. Great...
"We're here..." He hops off the bike, look and it's Aoba's place.
"What are we doing here?! You said we needed to talk, why here?" He ignores me made his way to the door.
"Rainbow?!" I follow after him.
The door opens, see a tired looking Ren. "Mink what are you doing here?" He asks mid-yawn.
"Where's Tae?"
"In bed? (Y/N) you're here?"
"Only cause Rainbow brought me here."
"Ren I thought I heard someone at the door." I see Aoba come down the stairs.
"Aoba get your Grandmother we need to talk. Inside..."
"Don't go ordering me around!"
"(Y/N)?" Heard Aoba shout.
"I'll go wake up Gran." Ren left, Rainbow walked inside.
Left Aoba and I at the door. "What are you doing here? I couldn't find you anywhere, I thought you left the island."
"Rainbow brought me here, he said he needed to talk. I didn't think he meant here."
"Come in," he steps aside to let me in. "(Y/N) I'm glad you didn't leave." He says as we walk to the kitchen. By now Tae sitting at the table. Ren started making tea for everyone.
"Welcome back (Y/N)," Tae says as I walk in.
"Hello Ms Tae, Rainbow what's this all about?" I ask as I sit down in the same spot as last time. Aoba sits right next to me again.
"Commander ask me to watch over you till he gets here. Which will be a few days."
"Okay, but that doesn't explain why we're here."
"Tae can Puzzle stay here for the meantime?" Fuck he really did talk to Kommandant!
"Puzzle?" Aoba turns stares at me.
"Puzzle and Elzzup is like other Aoba."
"Shut up! That's none of their business, and it's none of yours. Verdammter Bastard!" Stand up and shout at him.
"(Y/N) I won't have that type of language in my house."
I sit back down, "he has no right telling you about that."
"As to answer your question Mink, yes (Y/N) can stay here till her Commander arrives."
"I'm not staying here, I can find my own accommodation. I certainly don't need to tell anyone anything!" I get up to leave the house once again.
"So I take it you don't want Fang anymore."
I stop in my tracks, I promise Fang I would take him. Poor Fang I hope they are taking care of him. And doing a virus checks.
"What else do I have to do?"
"Sit down..."
I walk back over, sit down.
"Good, now tell them about Puzzle and Elzzup."
