"(Y/N) you're back! How did go? Is Mizuki going to wake up?" Aoba holds me, I start to wobble a bit.

"Hey, are you okay?" Aoba helps me to the chair.

"I'm fine. I didn't think being there for such a short time would take it out of me."

"What do you mean a short time? You were in there for two hours!"

"Fuck! I guess I'm lucky I came back then."

"I'm glad you're back, I was about to tap you say you need a break. Koujaku went to get something to eat."

"Okay, did they find any paperwork or the scans?"

"No, apparently Doctor Smith skipped out."

"Don't worry about him, he can't go after."

Knock at the door, "it's me."

Aoba gets up opens the door. Looks to the bed see me in the chair. "You're back, how did everything go?"

I stand up, start looking for bandages. "It took a bit to find him, probably where most of time went looking for him. But I was able to find the Black Needle, well the sign and door. He was inside drinking behind the bar. Apparently, Rythm wasn't the cause of this. Ha found some."

I start to bandage his neck up, "what are you doing?" Koujaku asks.

"He doesn't want to see it when he wakes up. Honestly, I rather not see it. Do you know two guys called Virus and Trip?"

"Yeah..." Aoba replies.

"They did this to him. There no more Morphine, but he's going to have to find a good tattoo removalist."

Look back at Aoba, he looks hollow. Like he was the one that caused it. I look to Koujaku he looked away. "What's wrong Aoba?"

I walk up to him, "Aoba you need to tell her."

"You're right," he makes his way to the closed-in balcony.

I follow him, Koujaku stops me as I walk past. "He's a good guy (Y/N)." I nodded and closes the sliding door.

"What's wrong?" I join him, he looks out over the garden.

"I'm the one who put him in a coma."

"What do you mean you did? I thought it was Virus and Trip. They're the ones zombifying people. Just Mizuki mind was still intact."

"It was after them, I didn't know what I was doing at the time. Well, I broke him." I could see he was physically shaking. No, he was crying.

"Hey, it's okay Aoba. You didn't know what you were doing at the time. When you were there, what was he thinking about?"

"His crew, and the Black Needle."

"The Black Needle was well intact. It was probably you that help him grip on to that place. Along with how much he loves that place." I'm just clasping at straws here. Try to make him feel better.

"Thanks (Y/N)," smiles at me.

"Anytime," we walk back in.

"How do you know about Virus and Trip?" Aoba asks once we get back inside.

"Just before Rainbow brought me back to your place. They found me on top of a building. Ask me to join the gang, which I decline by shattering their pin they gave me. I don't want anything to do with people of zombifies people. At least when I do it, it's cause that person did something wrong. Most times put them in a coma, leave them a prisoner in their own mind."

They both look at me stunned, "what? It's better than blowing their brains out."

There's a knock on the door, Koujaku gets up to answer it. A female doctor walks in. "Hello, I'm Doctor Field the director of the hospital. I was told that Mr Mizuki's family wanted his life support turned off?"

"No, we don't! We were never notified that Mizuki's life support was being turned off." And Koujaku was pissed again.

"I see, well it's lucky you turned up when you did. It seems Mr Smith been cutting corners and losing paperwork."

"So what happens to Mr Smith?" Aoba asks.

"Once the police have found him, he'll be held in custody, till his hearing. And his medical licence is already revoked."

"That's good to hear. When Mizuki wakes up sometime today, we want a full medical done. And we want to see the results for everything you do."

Doctor Field was staring me down, "you can't blame us for not trusting doctors. Mizuki was always murder."

"That's a harsh word Miss?"

"(Y/N). No, I don't think it is. He was going to end Mizuki's life and that's murder."

"You have a point, yes your request will be granted. A full medical will be done when Mr Mizuki wakes up."

"Sometime today," I added.

"Miss (Y/N) you seem quite sure that'll he'll wake up today. Why is that?"

Aoba and Koujaku look to me for an answer. "I just know today is the day he'll wake up. I'm no doctor but I know a thing or two about the mind."

She kept staring me off, I gave back to her. Started to hear groaning, turned around Mizuki started moving. Aoba and Koujaku ran to his side.

"Mizuki can you hear me?" Koujaku

"Mizuki?" Aoba

He started coughing, "hey what's happening?"

"Well, Miss (Y/N) seems you were right. I'll give you sometime before we start the medical."

She turns to leave as she reaches the door I call out to her. "Thank you Doctor Field." She nods and closes the door.

"So you must be Puzzle?"

I turn to see Mizuki smiling, "that I am. Did you find all the missing pieces?"

"Yep did as you said, start from the corner and work my way from there."

"Good to hear, I'll let you three be. I'll ring Ms Tae."

I left and called Ms Tae let her know Mizuki was awake.

- Aoba -

"Please tell she doesn't have a boyfriend. Man the outfit she wore was fucking hot!"

"Sorry man but she's Aoba's. Said so herself."

"Aoba you better treat her right." He punches my arm.

"Hey man what's up?" He stops laughing.

"Sorry for putting you in here. If it wasn't for me you wouldn't be here."

"Come on Aoba don't be getting all sappy on me. It's my own fault for being so weak-minded, and thinking I needed to join Morphine to be better. The way I see it, you save me from going completely mindless. So thanks, man!"

"You know you could lower the price of tattoos as thanks to me."

"Naa, the price is set for you. But for (Y/N) hers are for free."

"What?"

They both started laughing, I join in. It was good to have Mizuki back. If it wasn't for (Y/N) Mizuki wouldn't be here right now.
