We arrived at the armoury a few minutes later. The walls were lined with gadgets, guns and technological things of every kind. A short buff man stood on a step ladder a few metres away from the door. He turned his head to us and checked a watch on his arm. "You're on time" he says in a deep gravely voice and gets down off the step ladder. A file is thrown through the air towards us and I catch it without even blinking. Charlotte gently takes it from me and reads it out. "Your mission is to break into the base, recover as much info as possible and get out without making a fuss" she read out and handed me the file. I read through the location and statistics of the base. The short man sized me up and pointed to a change room. "You'll find everything in that room" he said and waved me through. I put everything on and walked out. The suit was heavy put really cool. It had enough pockets to hold at least ten guns. As if reading my mind. The man showed me to the weapons for the mission while Charlotte was getting changed. I was handed some small guns and knives, some emergency medical supplies, small food rations, a head- set and grenades. Charlotte was equipped likewise when she came out. After a quick defensive fighting lesson, a firing demonstration and a parachute demonstration, we were good to go. We put our head gear on and looked at some blueprints of the building we were breaking into. We ran out a back door and got into a helicopter. The pilot's voice echoed through our headsets and told us to strap ourselves into our seats. Charlotte sat next to me and texted me. "I love you Peter, I can't wait to hear your voice". I sent a text back saying. "Then I can tell you that I love you more often!". She kisses me lightly and puts a finger on my nose. My eyes struggle to focus on it and my vision blurs. She takes the opportunity to tickle me and I end up spazzing in my seat. The pilot yells at us over the headset. "Shut up kids!". We go silent and eventually fall asleep.
The next minute, I'm jolted awake and unbuckled. Time to jump! Charlotte yells something but I can't hear it. She kisses me and grabs a parachute for me. I put it on and we leap out of the plane together. We deploy our parachutes and drift down to the ground. We are hidden in some dense trees outside the base. Barbed wire fences surround the facility and guards patrol the whole exterior of the complex. Charlotte texts me a plan and I nod. It'll work. We run at the fence and vault ourselves up and over. Our suits have blended into the surroundings, making us relatively invisible. Our feet make footsteps in the deep snow, I hope nobody sees this. It begins to snow heavily suddenly, our footsteps are covered and we run to a door. Two guards stand at either side of the door. We need a pass from them. Charlotte and I both have the same idea. We knock them both out and drag their bodies behind a truck. A grab a pass from the unconscious guards and swipe it in the access panel. The door opens silently and we trek inside. Our boots are quiet on the hard floor as he sneak along the corridor, still cloaked by stealth. According to the blue prints, there should be an information room not too far from the current position. I attach a silencer to my one of my handguns. A guard walks along the corridor towards us. I shoot at the security camera closest to me and it sparks. The guard grabs his gun and flicks the safety off. Charlotte puts a hand over his mouth and a knife through his back. The guard falls to the ground and we drag the body away from the death scene. I run along the corridor until I reach a locked door at the end of it. I swipe the card again and the door swings open. Metal boxes of files line shelves that line the room. I start at one end and Charlotte starts at the other. We grab file upon file and shove it into our back packs. We get about half of it stuffed into the bags when we hear an alarm. Time to get out of here. Charlotte calls in a helicopter on her headset and we bolt out of the room. Guards rush towards us and we charge them head on. So much for not making a fuss. I stab a guy through the chest, shoot another one through the head, kick one in the stomach and shoot him, and punch anger one in the ribs. Charlotte backflips off the wall and body slams a guy into the other wall. Blood splatters everywhere as his head splits open and he yells in pain. The last guy goes down with a couple of knife holes in his back. I grab an assault rifle off one of the guards. This should be useful. I run down the corridor towards the door when suddenly a man steps out of a side corridor with a bazooka. I bend over backwards as the rocket zooms over me. My body turns and I put my hands out in front of me. I propel myself off the ground and my feet go flying into the man's face. He screams in pain as I twist and stab him a couple of times with my knife. The door is making weird sounds. I swipe the card and it beeps loudly. It's in lockdown. I grab the bazooka and the last rocket. Charlotte stands back and I fire. The door explodes and we run outside into the snow. I punch a guy across the face and rip open the door of an SUV. Charlotte dives in and I start e car. My foot floors the accelerator and we drive straight through there fence. I hit the brakes and get out of the SUV. Charlotte jumps out and chucks a grenade into the car. We dive out the way as the car explodes and the helicopter sets down in a clearing. I grab Charlotte and we run to the helicopter, fighting against the wind. Charlotte throws a smoke grenade at something behind me. We get into the helicopter just as the grenade goes off. A soldier slams the door shut and the pilot takes off. As hectic as that was, I think it's only the start.

Wasn't the best action scene that I've written, but still quite cool. Thx for votes, comments and support.
