To the Homeland

A/N: here's chapter 40 for ya guys, not long left until this story is over. 

The Next Day in Team DRGN's Dorm 

Y/N was sitting on the black leather couch with Neo straddling him as her head rested on his left shoulder. The sun shone through the windows as the bedroom door opened and out stepped Tiki with her long green hair unkempt, Tiki's eyes were half open as she lazily gazed around the room as she spotted Neo and her boyfriend sitting on the teams couch."Good morning Y/N and Neo". Y/N turned around to see one of his girlfriends half awake standing there."It's about midday Tiki". Y/N said with a smile while Neo waved to her, Tiki's eyes shot open as she looked at her scroll and saw that Y/N was telling the truth."Shit I overslept I was supposed to be hanging out with Pyrrha, Lyn and Lucina today". Tiki then walked over and gave Y/N a quick kiss on the cheek before she quickly left to go to do her routine. Just as Tiki left Y/N scroll vibrated with a message and as he opened it and saw that Professor Ozpin had requested his presence again, Y/N sighed as he looked at Neo and asked."Neo can you get off of me please"? Neo reluctantly got off of Y/N who explained that Ozpin needed to see him again. 

Professor Ozpin's Office 

The elevator to Ozpin's office opened and out stepped Y/N who announced."I am here Professor". Ozpin smiled but as Y/N drew closer he noticed two females and a male in the room next to Ozpin's desk. The male and the female standing next to him Y/N recognised as General Ironwood and Winter Schnee however the other female he had no idea who she was."Hello again General Ironwood its nice to meet you again". Y/N said with respect in his voice as Ironwood nodded as he replied."Its nice to meet you again Mr L/N but I asked Ozpin here to help me with something and he said that you are the best person available to help us". Y/N nodded as he turned to Winter he smiled causing the normally stoic Winter to start blushing. "Hello again Winter how are you doing"? Winter tried to compose herself before she spoke."I-I am f-fine th-thank you for asking". However a small chuckle came out of the other woman who spoke."This boy must be something special if he can make you blush and stutter Winter". 

Y/N let out a short chuckle as he turned to the woman and noticed she has the same white coloured hair as Winter and Weiss however her hair was styled very similar to Winter's except the bun in her hair was set lower on her head, her eyes were a faded blue almost grey colour. "May I ask your name milady"? Y/N asked as he bowed slightly to the female who let out a small giggle as she replied."My name is Willow Schnee I am the mother of both Winter and Weiss Schnee". Y/N nodded as he finally turned to Ozpin and asked."So what do you want me to do"? Ozpin looked up at Y/N with a serious gaze as he replied."General Ironwood has informed me of what Jacques Schnee has been doing to both Winter and Willow and wished for them to be a safe location outside of Atlas and the first place he thought of was Beacon". Y/N nodded as he managed to piece together what was happening."So you want me and my team to watch over both Willow and Winter until Jacques is dealt with correct". 

Both Ozpin and Ironwood nodded as Y/N smiled as he continued."It would be my pleasure but I think some redecorating will be in order". Both Winter and Willow looked confused as Y/N elaborated."Our dorm room only has five beds with only one of them being unoccupied since Neo likes to sleep with me at night to stop her nightmares". Winter and Willow nodded as the group of three left to go to Team DRGN's dorm. As the elevator descended to Beacon's hallway Ironwood turned to Ozpin and asked."Are you sure they will be safe with Y/N, I've heard he can be volatile at times". Ozpin smiled as he replied."James he was the only choice I even considered but I here your complaint about him being volatile and I will say that he has never and will never hurt anyone he truly cares about". Ironwood nodded as he took his leave. 

Beacon Hallway 

Y/N was walking towards his teams dorm while holding hands with Winter while Willow walked next to her daughter however the group of three were stopped in their tracks when they heard someone yell at them. Y/N turned around to see Weiss running towards them as she reached Willow and Winter, Weiss then enveloped the pair in a tight hug."I am glad to see the both of you are well but my I ask why you are here"? Weiss asked as both Willow and Winter flinched slightly but Y/N replied for them by saying."If you want to follow us to my dorm then I'm sure that all will be explained". Weiss nodded as she followed Y/N, Winter and Willow to Team DRGN's dorm. 

Team DRGN's Dorm 

Y/N opened the door and stepped to the side to allow Winter, Willow and Weiss to enter the dorm first. As Y/N stepped into the dorm he was immediately rushed at as someone jumped and wrapped their legs around his waist."Hello to you too Neo". Y/N said with a smile on his lips as Neo smiled as well as she pressed her lips onto Y/N for a quick kiss, the pair separated as Neo released her grip on Y/N and walked back to the couch where Pyrrha, Tiki, Lyn and Lucina sat and looked at the two new people in the dorm."My King who is the woman standing next to Winter"? Pyrrha asked as the Willow replied."My name is Willow Schnee I am the mother of Winter and Weiss Schnee and the ex wife of Jacques Schnee". Weiss looked shocked as she asked Willow."You finally got a divorce from that monster"? Willow smiled as she replied."Yes I was willing to put up with a lot but when I found out the was cheating on me throughout our entire marriage and that anyone who dare speak out against him and how he treats faunus would end up dead that's when I decided to leave". 

"He was also sent mercenaries to kidnap me and force me into an arranged marriage, so I asked General Ironwood to escort me and my mother to Beacon where we would be safe". Winter added as she looked at Y/N with a smile on her face but it was immediately replaced with a look of fear as Y/N's eyes had turned bright red and the bright red eye like markings appeared on his cheeks. Pyrrha jumped up and grabbed his hand in an effort to calm him down. Y/N almost immediately calmed down as the markings disappeared and his eyes turned back to their normal colour."Sorry about that". Y/N said but before anyone could say anything a loud knocking could be heard. 

Y/N walked over to the door after he disentangled his hand from Pyrrha's as he opened it he saw two familiar sets of black cat ears and a set of brown rabbit ears. "Blake, Kali, Velvet what can I do for you"? Y/N asked but as he looked at the three he could sense fear and distress in them."Y/N can you please come to Menagerie with me and my mother please"? Blake asked with desperation in her voice, immediately Y/N nodded and grabbed his hoodie and said."Lets get going"."Wait for us"! Two voices in unison as Y/N looked back he saw both Tiki and Kamui walking quickly towards him, Y/N smiled as the now group of six left the dorm and headed for the docks of Vale. 

With Y/N and his group 

"Velvet why do you wanna come"? Y/N asked as Velvet blushed heavily and looked away from Y/N as she replied."Well I was hanging out with Blake and her mother when were attacked by members of the White Fang, plus I wanted to do this". Velvet said as she turned to Y/N and quickly smashed her lips onto his, this caught Y/N by surprise but before Velvet could pull away Y/N grabbed her waist and pulled her in close."Well that was a surprise but not an unwelcome one. I love you too Velvet". Velvet blushed heavily at what Y/N had said, she then flinched as Y/N intertwined his finger with hers."You definitely don't stop do you Y/N". Kali said as the whole group laughed slightly as they made their way onto the boat that was heading for the faunus's homeland of Menagerie.
