Misprint The Raccoon Watcher of the Forest(book 1)

Garth's Home

Winter Had come the Night of Navils disappearance but today was the first snow. It had been 6 days since Georges's death and Garth still Had not told Misprint what happened to George cause he knew that Misprint was a very close friend with George and he did not want to upset Misprint. But every time Garth falls asleep he thinks about Reapers visit and after he left he buried George after. That day was so cold that night but Garth still slept beside the grave he had dug for George. But this still haunts Garth mainly for the fact he did not tell Misprint.

The morning after Garth had buried he Took Misprint and Misprints belongings to his home. Garth lives in a huge tree in the center of the forest he had experienced from other spirts what he has been told that colonists were settling in the forests on the southeast but luckily he had knowen the spirit Goat who could peer through time. Who he had not spoken too in 2000 years. he had said that the forest he guards will stay forever alive but very soon he will have to move his home to the mountains. His Forest was also a forest in what would be known as Canada.

Garth currently live's in the great tree the biggest tree in the forest. The tree was three times the hight of all the others and the base of the tree was 10 times the thickness of the rest of the trees. But there was one special trait with this tree It had a special enchantment that would not let any natural disasters and even tools hurt it only a spirt who placed the enchantment on the tree could hurt it. Most of the time the enchantment could not be fazed by magic but death magic can affect it and the only one that proved any worth. Fire was tried but it failed because of how lush the tree was and many other magics only helped the tree so it became an idol within this forest. Gart had his home all the way at the top with planks spiraling around the tree to the top where there was a hanging hut that was held by vines supported by magic that would help the vines hold a mountain up but that was still to be tested but for now, it held Garth's hut in which he lived in. It was a two-room hut one was a bedroom and the other a living area. There was a couch made of moss and logs, moss blankets, a lamp made of a rock that had holes in it with fireflies in it to light the place up. This would be the home that Misprint would live in until the day they have to leave for the mountains.
