Opening Act: Vocal Team (Lee Jangmi)

Living alone isn't hard.

When your parents live overseas, and your relatives hate you too much to visit, you get used to being alone. Besides, living alone grants less stress to my mind, fewer distractions from what's important: School, and my dreams.

Speaking of dreams, I should probably get ready for One Chance's debut survival show instead of just lying in bed staring at my ceiling. After quickly getting ready for the show, I made some breakfast and ate.

Now out the door, I stopped, looked to the sky and took a deep breath in, "I can do it."

Now at the broadcasting station, I realized this is where I would meet my potential future group members. Nervously, I looked at my reflection to make sure I didn't look strange; first impressions are important.

After walking into the building and talking with the desk lady, I found myself being lead to a door labeled "Vocal Team." After thanking the lady, I slowly opened the door and peeked inside, only to find two others there. They both turned around to make very awkward eye-contact with me; I blushed from being the center of attention. The only guy that was in the room started to walk over to me, and he maintained eye-contact as he approached. 

Me being the shy person I am looked at the ground to avoid his piercing gaze. I soon see his feet from the corner of my eyes, causing me to slowly pan my vison towards his sharp ember ones. His lips curve into a slight grin as he puts his hand up for me to shake it. 

"Hey, I'm 'Min Woosung', it's a pleasure to meet you!"

I smiled back feeling a little more comfortable, there was something about his voice that was very inviting and warm. I took his hand and shook it.

"Hi, I'm 'Lee Jangmi', and the pleasure is all mine."

We soon broke eye contact when the door opened welcoming a woman that looked vaguely familiar. He approached us making all three of us on edge. She looked happy and accepting and her eyes looked soft and inviting. 

"Good evening potential 'One Chance' members. I am going to be your vocal coach, my name is 'Solji'. If you have any other questions about me that are professional please ask now."

The three of us looked around at each other then back at her. She just gave us a quiet giggle and a small smile at us.

"Why don't you all join me around the piano and we can get started"
