Today was The day. It was finally the first day of school. I'm a little nervous but I have a feeling that this year is going to be great. Right now I'm getting dressed while listening to my music. I got up early this morning to straighten my hair. When I finish getting dressed I head downstairs to eat my breakfast. The chef had made me the most delicious homemade cinnamon rolls and a protein shake. After that me and my dad got into the car so he could take me to school. After arriving at school my dad insists on walking me to the office. When we get in there my fool of a dad almost hits his head on the door causing everyone to look at us in shock. I bet they didn't even know he had a daughter. We walk up to the receptionist at the desk. "Hi my name is Jay Davis I'm here for my schedule" I tell her. She looks up at me with a nasty face them im assuming prints my info out. She puts everything in a folder and shoves it into my hands rude bitch. After that my dad leaves for basketball practice so I text Zaire to meet me in the office. Zaire and I have been working out together our dad's push us extra hard to make sure we are the best. Hopefully I get to meet his girlfriend that he talks about so much she sounds really nice.
As I'm standing there someone puts their hands over my eyes. "Zaire I know it's you" I tell him, he pouts and says" how did you know?" I give him a blank face"maybe because your the only person I know here"I say in a duhh time as I flick his forehead "whatever, come on" he replies. I soon realize that he is taking me to a table in the cafeteria. We come to a stop and they just look at us. "Guys this is my bestfreind Jay" he tells them "hi" I say kinda nervous "Hey ma I'm Brandon Boston aka daddy you can sit next to me" he says scooting over. The next girl to speak is so freaking pretty "Hi I'm Bri zaire's girlfriend" she says "omg he talks about you all the time your prettier than he described" i inform her and she side eyes Zaire with a fake smile plastered all over her face. "So where did you come from and why did you move down here?"she asks me. "Oh I came from New Orleans and my dad got traded to the Lakers so here I am" They all had rest at the table introduce themselves but don't talk as much. The bell rang and I start walkinf to first period. As I'm walking I bump into something hard I look up and it's this pretty cute guy. "Umm aren't you gonna apologize something instead of staring?" He asks with attitude. I scrunch up my face. "Me? You literally bumped into me and stepped on my new Jordans" I told him as he wore a confused face. "Dont you know who I am?". "No and I don't care just watch where your going"I say "whatever stupid little girl" he scoffs as he walks off. I finally made it to first period and when I walked in everyone's eyes seemed to be on me. The teacher gave me work and told me to sit anywhere so I look around and I see that Zaire has an open spot between him and Brandon. When I sit the a couple of girls near by have shocked faces like I wasn't supposed to sit here.

About ten minutes later that kid that bumped into me walks into class. I guess I was in his spot because he cane up to me and said"you just can't get enough of me can you babygirl?" I rolled my eyes but ngl I felt something when he said babygirl. "In your dreams" I told him as he smirked" oh you wish but why are you sitting in my spot?" He asked with a confused face" I obviously didn't know." I tell him dryly"whatever just make sure it doesn't happen again" and with that he sat infront of me and did his work.

Next period was athletics and Brandon and Zaire promised that they would walk me there."ok so there is a couple of things that you need to know before you go In there" Brandon says,I turn my body to him so he knows in paying attention"like what?" I ask him "Well for starters there are a couple of girls that re gonna be mad that you are here and there gonna do whatever it takes to make sure you don't succeed ask be careful who your friends with."  I nod my head cause having fake friends is something I know too much about. "Alright anything else?" He nods"yeah go make me proud"  he says as he tries to kiss my cheek but I mush his face away just in time. I walk into the lockeroom with my duffle bag and look for coach Howard.  I swear almost every girl in there gave me dirty looks then started whispering to the friends. Coach Howard finally appeared into my vision she had such a joyous look on her face when she saw me. "Girls gather around I want you to meet someone" she told the girls " This is Jay  Davis you may know her dad Anthony Davis the latest addition to the Lakers she will be in our athletic department she plays just about every sport so let's give her a warm welcome" she says as she and the rest of the class start clapping for me. After that's all done she shows me to my locker and I get changed. Volleyball is the first sport season  this year so that's what we will be practicing. After doing a couple to sport drills we start on skills, footwork and strength then we and with a quick match. When I tell you we need help WE NEED HELP there was only a couple of good players. Exiting the locker room I say bye ad move on to lunch. I have a this thing about school lunches so I asked my dad to bring me,Brandon and Zaire lunch into the lunchroom. When he walks through the lunch doors people start to point and record him. He brings the food to my table and I get up to hug him, he kisses me on the forehead then leaves. After that everyone comes to the table asking what that was but I just ignore them and continue to eat my food. "Ayyeee Jay comin in clutch" Brandon says recording me on snap.

Skip rest of day cause it's boring
When I got home I took a shower ate the crashed out on my bed while on FaceTime with my friends from back home telling them about my new school. Well its another day tomorrow.
