Previously Horobi and Jin took Aruto hostage! Raito sacrificed himself to save his father!
Back with the Chapter:
Aruto: "I can't believe that Raito sacrificed himself for me..."
Aoi and Shiro canceled their armor and reverted back to their civilian forms
Aoi and Isamu.exe have failed!
Shiro and Yua were the ones who are making the plans, while Ichika informed Chifuyu of what happened...
Meanwhile with Jin and Horobi:
Raito recently joined them and transformed into Kamen Rider 001, then he joined them!
Raito was on standby for his next assignment...
Jin: "Horobi are you sure that he already reached Singularity?"
Horobi: "Yes, besides what better way to disable Hiden Intelligence's President than taking his own creation and using it against him!"
Horobi: "Raito!"
Raito: "Yes?"
Horobi then shows Raito a picture...

Raito couldn't do a thing except shed a tear and recall memories of his father...
Horobi: "Oh getting sentimental are we?"
Horobi then Sets Raito unto a platform strapped some restraints and plugged some wires into his headset which is directly connected to his brain!
Jin: "Horobi! What are you doing?"
Horobi: "Rewriting some protocols and memories..."
Jin then sees Horobi with a devious smile...
Jin: "What's going on there, Horobi?"
Horobi: "The turned off emotions..."
Raito then cried harder and harder!
His face showed clear agony and suffering!
Raito cried for help multiple times!
Raito: "NO! NOOO!"
Tears came flowing and raining out of his eye sockets!
Raito's HumaGear headset flickered from blue to red and him trying to struggle from his restraints!
Raito's Headset turned into a deep crimson red and showed that the new programming from Horobi was successfully instilled upon his cybernetic brain!
Raito was blacking out and slowly loses his consciousness filled with the hateful emotions and programming that Horobi has placed!
Though Raito knew that there would be a sudden re-programming in his system so he placed it all in a hidden vault in his brain!
Raito: "Why are you doing this?" he said before losing blacking out...
