Author's POV:

"Look. You don't have to come along." Jennie said, annoyed and angry that Jungkook had accept the offer of being her 'secret bodyguard'. Everything for her was bullshit, even her studies and enjoyed hobbies are bullshit. Her mother even offered or suggest that her and Jungkook will start sharing rooms, she doesn't know why. But. "Its bullshit." She rolled her eyes, "No its not." He defended.

"Who even reads romance?"
"You," he raised an eyebrow at her.
"What? No i don't! You're dreaming. Wake up,"

Jungkook burst into laughter, "Oh really? Well. Don't you think..love and..gelato isn't a romance book?" Her eyes widen, jaw drop but no words came out. Jungkook finds this opportunity to talk with his charming smirk, "I think i just saw you pick that out when it was black Friday..and hey! Don't try making excuses this time, cause i also saw you reading it." And. Mic. Drop.

She just rolled her eyes and continue on walking around the book store, surrendering. But these days, Jennie wasn't really into romance books anymore. She's more into horror, sci-fi, crime fictions, thriller and mystery. She founds herself on a very satisfy spot when she start reading those kind of books.

"Why are we even here anyways?" Jungkook asked, bored out of his life. "To buy some books. Obviously. Don't be a dumbo Mr. Bodyguard." Jennie smiled, but sarcastically enough for Jungkook to just scoff and shook his head.

As they continue on walking, Jungkook can't help but to groan loudly. Catching everyone's attention except Jennie who just raise an eyebrow with a smile, humming to a song. "Jennie.!"He groaned her name but she just continue on humming to the same song, she grabs a book. Four Dead Queens by Astrid Scholte. Throwing it to the red basket that Jungkook is holding to by a very long time.

He hissed and the lass just smile, "Stop treating me like you're slave." Jungkook said, Jennie stops humming and sigh. "You're fault." And continue on walking, "My..my..fault?!" The lad almost raised his voice, grabbing new attention to them.

She stressfully massage the side of her head, "Stop..stop raising you're voice Mr. Jeon." Jennie said coolly, stammering as her legs slowly tremble. "No. Answer me first! Why is this my fault?!"

"I said stop raising you're voice!" She yelled, turning around. Full with anger. Jungkook was shock and doesn't know what to do next, but at the side of his eyes were four security guards. Ready to take them both away. "This is all you're fault!" She yelled once again before two muscular guys had grabbed the lass by the forearm, taking her first to get kick out at the store.

Angry and tired, Jungkook apologized. "Fine." She breathlessly whisper and walk away, "Hey. Where are you going?" He asked, following her behind. "None of you're business." She huffed like a kid, a scoff released from the lad. "Actually it is my business, now, tell me where are you going?" He asked once again.

"Look. I don't want you to realize that you're just a slave okay? Now, tell mom and dad that I'm off somewhere and I'll be back tomorrow." Then disappeared.

The mother scoff in shock, "I can't believe you let her off like that! My baby!" She wailed and dialed her number again, but it was left with a voice mail. The father stayed silent, "Do something Minhoji!" She yelled angrily at her husband, but he just sighed and shrugged his shoulders.

"Look here Jamie, Jennie is a grown up teen. She can do anything she wants, okay? Don't be a crybaby. You know what I'm describing about this topic. Let. Her. Be." He defended, but Jamie won't let the hook go away that easily. She was worried and concerned about Jennie, the mother doesn't trust her words enough to let her go away.
