When I got to the tree I saw Rebecca and some guy sitting down. I sat down next to Rebecca and started scrolling on Instagram.
The random guy stood in front of me and he rolled his eyes. "You're not the type to say hello, I'm guessing?"
I sighed and stood up. "Jason."
He sighed and shook my hand. His was very small. "Alberto." He responded with the same tone.
He the smiled and pulled away. "No need to be so formal! Rebecca's your friend, you're my friend."
His smile looked so fake.
"I'm sure Rebecca already told you this, but could you not act so fake?"
His smile lowered and he rolled his eyes. "Whatever." He sat back next to Rebecca and I sat on the other side of her.
