Good afternoon sir,
Attached are the interviews, personal testimonies, and IM chats pertaining to the Waywards. We couldn't find any records dating prior to August of this year. The subjects interviewed refused to include any details from before then, despite our best efforts to get it out of them without using physical force.
Please note that there are multiple records in this compilation that could inprison all Waywards, not just Raymond, and if you would wish to move forward with having them all sentenced I would stand by your side with one-hundred percent agreement.
