As the day goes on, I begin to wonder where everybody is. I cried a couple times today, and my eyes burn and my head hurts from all this stress. I just wanted to go back to the dorm and take a shower, or just relax. They gave me a couple blankets but they're itchy, and the room's cold, but at least I have a place to be at. I learnt that the lady's name was Patty, and she was also super nice. She'd given me her phone number in case I needed it after I was allowed to go back to my dorm. They had connected me to an IV drip, and have been feeding me with liquids and I've been peeing like a horse for the last three days. My skin is actually changing colours, but they said that's normal. I'm in rehab I guess. They said I have a severe form of an eating disorder. They also said they're going to investigate my father. Never did I think that I was gonna be caught up in a mess like this. I've been sleeping better than I did a week ago. They say it's because of my drip. There's something that's been bothering me for the longest time, something that's been driving me nuts since this began: why? Why me? What was the reason? Am I being punished for just existing?
At this point, I just didn't know. My thoughts he interrupted by a soft knock at the door before someone walks in. I look up nonchalantly, but then a smile forms on my face. "Hey Dally! What's up?" I was trying to play it cool, but on the inside I could almost cry because I had been alone for such a long time, and was kind of upset that he just left me here. But the more I thought of it, my brain cancelled it out. I looked back up at him. I frowned softly, though. When I looked at him, he looked deeply concerned or stressed. It made me sad. "..Dally...?" I asked quietly after a moment. He looks back up at me. His eyes were white. My eyes widened and I jumped in my seat. I stood up and walked over to him, dragging my drip behind me. The cold ground, mixed with the strange vibe, sent chills down my spine. I kneel down next to him, crouching but leaning up to him. I take his face into my hands and look closer to his face. He looked like he was in some sort of trance, but he was talking, whispering softly under his breath. "..stai bene..?" I ask him quietly. He stares ahead but slowly lifts his face up to my level, still muttering. I just stare at him for a minute, before looking deeper into his eyes. It looked like a whirlwind of colours and his emotions looked blank, but his eyebrows were scrunched. As soon as I stared more, his eye colour began to fade back from the white arrange of spirit to it's natural dark brown, melting and mixing everything back into place. When that happened, he looked like he was aware once again. His eyebrows scrunched more before he came into focus and he stared at me and smiled really big. Before I can even comprehend it, Dally's hugging me.
