"Get up Jean, you're being annoying"

"No, I don't wanna"

"I said -" Suddenly the currently sulking man felt a whoosh of air before covering his arms and shrinking in on himself, "GET UP!" his sister yelled, ripping the covers off of him and his bed, throwing them on the floor "This is just ridiculous, why are you even acting like this?!" she continued, exasperated, moving to sit on the end of the bed and placing her hand on his leg in an attempt to comfort him. He didn't want to admit that it sort of worked.

"You've been sulking ever since you came home after work two days ago, I cancelled plans with the girls because I thought you were sick" she sighed, moving her hand and putting her arms behind her, supporting her weight as she leaned back "what's wrong? Did something happen at work?" she questioned, tilting her head in Jeans direction. He grumbled a bit before sitting up, looking at her with tired eyes. "I- ugh.." he attempted to start, flopping back down with his face in a pillow, using it to muffled his short screaming outburst.

She just stared at him and told him he was being melodramatic, knowing that if it was her brother then whatever he was upset about at the moment was probably not as important as he thought it was. After his little tantrum her turned his head towards her and began speaking again "So... there's this guy" he muttered and instantly her face lit up as she buzzed with excitement, moving her arms to wrap around her brother in a tight hug. "Oh my god oh my god oh my god tell me all about him!" she shrieked, her attention quickly focusing fully on whatever Jean was about to tell her.

"Calm down, it's... it's kind of stupid, it really isn't that big of a deal" he breathed in, letting go of a large exhale and waiting for her to say something, which of course she did. "What do you mean it isn't a big deal, of course it is! It's been forever since you liked someone-" he quickly put a hand over her mouth and forcefully shot back "I don't like him! I just... think he's stupidly, ridiculously hot," he removed his hand, yet Sherry stayed quiet, very interested in where this was going "he's got this smile, and whenever I see it, I don't know.. I just really, really want to either throw myself at him and kiss him senseless or I just can't help myself but smile back. It's Infectious! And ugh don't get me started on his looks, he's literally perfect but," he groaned, flailing his arms and legs on the bed for a few seconds before sitting up with a manic look on his face "I'm such an idiot! Your know what I said to him?? I said hes the embodiment of the sun with abs, WITH ABS! I mean, he's never going to want to speak to me again," He wailed, watching as his sisters face erupted with a loud fit of giggling "and that's not even the worst part! I had been saying sexually suggestive things in french around him all day, mostly unintentionally, thinking that he wouldn't understand but guess what?! HE DOES! Because of course he fucking speaks french" he cried, standing up and pacing around on his bedroom floor while his sister laid back on the bed rolling around and clutching her stomach repeating "sun with abs" a few times, which sent her into another fit of laughter again.

Jean worriedly chewed at his lip, walking over to his bedside table and picking up his phone, mumbling to himself about calling in sick again for work. Sherry, who would normally chastise him for doing so just sat up and shot him a look that said "you're an idiot" and he really hated the fact that he didn't disagree. "Look, normally I'd tell you off for talking days off work if you aren't actually sick, but, I can see you're stressed about boy troubles right now so ill let it slide" she said, standing up and patting him on the shoulder before walking out of his room. Jean followed, taking his blanket that was unceremoniously dropped on his floor with him and wrapping himself up in it to help stave off the cold.

He watched as Sherry filled a pot with water and turned on the stove, grabbing a bowl from the cupboards underneath and the block of chocolate from the pantry that Jean bought her for when she was feeling down a couple weeks ago. He caught on pretty quickly to what she was making and so he went to the fridge and took out the milk and thickened cream, handing it to her which she graciously accepted. They began idly chatting while waiting for the water to boil, Sherry trying to attempt to get Jeans mind off of his current boy trouble - man trouble? - which seemed to work for a little while.
