Your POV

After waking up from whatever that was, I bid goodbye to everyone and set off to Whiterun, just north of Riverwood. I take in the beautiful landscape while walking on the old paved road.

"Stop right there !" A voice yells.

A group of 4 men suddenly pop out from the bushes while holding weaponry.

"Give us everything you have, and we won't kill you." Says a man in leather armor.
"What if I don't ?" I ask while pulling out my swords.
"You can't win kid, it's 4 to 1." The leader says with a grin.
"I like those odds." I say with a grin.

I teleport behind the leader and take of his head with a simple swing. The three other bandits look surprised. But then two of them rush me. I weave between all their attacks and stab one in the heart. I see a bandit aiming a bow at me, but I grab the other one and use him as a meat shield. He fires the arrow and it penetrates the bandit's face. I then throw the body at the bandit. He staggers and I stab my swords into his head. I pull them out and sheath them. Looking over their bodies for loot, I found gold and a few lock picks.

Continuing forward, I encounter a valley with a farm. In the distance, I see a giant fortified city. Must be Whiterun. As I got closer to the farm, I see a group of people fight a giant. I pull out my bow and I ready an arrow. I breath out and let go. The arrow flies and hits the giant in the knee. He staggers but he is still standing. I ready another arrow and fire it at his other knee. He falls onto the ground and the group attacks him. They finally kill him, and I approach them.

"Nice shot stranger. You would make for a great shield-brother." A female with warpaint says.
"What is a shield-brother ?"
"An outsider, eh ? Never heard of the Companions ? An order of warriors. We are brothers and sisters in honor. Come to Jorrvaskr, next to Dragonsreach if you're interested and to see if you're good enough to join." She says before they leave.

I look at the giant before continuing onwards towards Whiterun. I approach a gate, but I am then stopped by a guard standing in my way

"Halt ! City's closed with the dragons about. Official business only." He says.
"I have news from Helgen about the dragon attack. I say, trying to persuade him.
"Fine, but we'll be keeping an eye on you." The guard says with skepticism.

The other guard opens the gate and I enter Whiterun. I am seeing a long street with a few shops and houses. I continue towards Dragonsreach, but I see a man and a woman arguing.

"We'll pay whatever it takes. But we must have more swords for the Imperial soldiers." The Imperial says.
"I just can't fill an order that size on my own." The woman replies.

I ignore the rest of the conversation and step through the marketplace. I pass by a man leaning on a pillar.

"Well met, kinsman." He says.
"Uh, you too." I reply .

I hear a man praising a statue, so I step closer to him.

"But you were once man ! Aye ! And as ma-"
"Excuse me ? Who are you praising ?"
"I am praising the mighty Talos ! Our savior, a legendary man who has unified Tamriel with the usage of the dragon tongue !" He says excitedly.
"Can you tell me more ?" I say intrigued.
"While he was alive, Talos was a Nord with unmatched tactical skills, limitless wisdom and the power to see into men's heart ! He mastered the way of the Voice and unified the lands with that power !" He explains.
"Who trained him in the way of the Voice ?" I ask.
"The Greybeards did ! They are an order of monks who live on the largest mountain in Skyrim, the Throat of the world !" He says while pointing at the biggest mountain I've seen in my life.
"Thanks for the information." I say.
"Wait, one more thing. If you pray to this altar, you will receive the blessing of Talos." He says.
