Angela walked up to me. " I'm sorry." she whispered to me squeezing my shoulder.

God, I hate demons. The always mess with your head.

Angela walked off. She walked over to the dog who was lying on the ground. I just watched at she brushed the dog fur, slowly while holding one the dog's mouth closed so I does not nip her.

Angela looked very beautiful. Her hair was really messy, her eyes were gentle. She hummed a slight song.

"You like her don't you." Bryce said.

"Yes. She quite nice. She a very good acquaintance." I said. He laughs lightly, and sits next to me.

" I mean you like her like a girlfriend or a lover." he said. I wiped my head to the side and look straight at him.

Lover?

"Why do you said that?" i asked

"Because you trying to save her every minute. Even now as she sits over there next to a hellhound, you have a full loaded gun in your hand ready to shot if it attacks her. And yet you let her be free."

"I have no need to control her, and no reason to."

"What do you like about her best? "

"Her smile. It nice"

"Why?"

"Reminds me of someone from my happier time in my life."I said, my though drifting to the blue eyed boy in the hospital. Priys. I felt a small smile form on my face.

"Like with your parents." he said. I looked over at Angela.

"No, something like that." I responses. I looked at Bryce, he was so young to die. "I'm sorry for your loss to you were so young." I whispered trying to be sympathetic.

"Thank you." he said.

The dog disappeared from the distance and Angela walked over to us and hugs Bryce. She grabs onto my arm and gives it a tight squeeze, before letting go.

"Are you scared anymore."

"...Yes, but as not as much as before." I said walking into the room next door. I was an adult room the bed frame stood in in the middle was mattress, and a broken bookshelf with old dusted book scatter. The clothing was scattered everywhere.

I open one of the drawer and looked in for anything to wear.

Nothing I looked through everything in the room only to find clothing that don't fit. I pulled open the last drawer, as Angela come in with her brother. I pulled out and older light pink button up shirt, made of silk. I put it on and fitted it perfectly on my body.

"Is there something wrong." I ask fishing the last button.

"No-no it just. Hahah... you look more like a girl. Haha." Bryce said laughing, a horrible laugh it sounded like a donkey dieing. I picked up a pillow from the ground and throw it at Bryce. It hit him. He turned to me, written on his face was the face 'why have you done this, I trusted you'. Angela burst out laughing.

I felt my face grow red. Her laugh sound like angels singing. Angela and him laughed like there was no care in the world, like there was no danger, like innocent children on the playground. Bryce threw the pillow at my face, dogging it easily I catch it and swing it in his direction, and I hit Angela. She fell backwards, and Bryce caught her.

"Angela are you okay?" I frantically run over. She stays in Bryce arms grabbing her nose slightly.

"What did you do to her." he yells at me , looking down at his sister concerned.
