"So Kion.....what's being a King like?" Ono said trying to start a conversation. "I appreciate you trying to help Ono, but I just rather be left alone." Kion said. Ono nodded and flew off he went to tell Simba and Nala and see if they could help. "I think we should just leave him alone he's without his friends and he just wants to be left alone." Nala said. Simba nodded in agreement. "Something wrong always happens when Kion wants to be alone" Fuli said. "Don't worry Fuli, he'll be fine!" Makini said reassuring her.
A little while later (it's dark now)
After lying there for a while Kion felt his legs come back he got up and walked back to the Tree of Life. Suddenly Kion had a vision, Mufasa showed him the future and from what he saw he felt like crying. For most of the way to the Tree of Life Kion held in his tears but just as the Tree was in sight the tears started flowing like a river down his cheeks. "Stop crying." He whispered to himself. Fuli was on her way to check on Kion and see if his legs were better, when she heard crying. "I-is that Kion?" She asked herself and she walked over to him. "Kion, what's wrong?" "I-I'm fine Fuli". "Kion, I know something's wrong just tell me." "I'm fine Fuli." Kion said crying. "You're clearly not if your crying."Fuli said gently. "Please just leave me alone." Fuli just sped off towards the Tree of Life. "Simba! Nala!" "Fuli, what's wrong?" Nala asked. "It's Kion, he's crying." "Why?" Nala asked worried for her baby. "I don't know, he won't tell me." "Fuli, will you take us to him? Please?" "Of course. He's this way!" Soon they saw Kion laying there. Simba walked over to Kion he didn't even realise that his father was there. "Fuli mind giving us some alone time?" Nala asked. "Right I'll head back to the Tree of Life." "Don't tell anyone about Kion, Fuli." Fuli nodded and ran back to the Tree of Life. When Nala walked over she saw Kion cuddling into Simba he was literally crying his eyes out. "Come on son, please tell me what's wrong." Simba said gently. Kion cried for another minute then he took a deep breath and he said, "I-I had a v-vision. And it was about a big threat coming to the Tree of Life. Grandfather said if...me and the Guard don't get rid of the threat everyone here may die....And me and the Guard may die in the process. Simba looked at his son then tears suddenly filled his eyes he put his paw around his son and hugged him tightly as he hugged him he said, "Don't worry Kion I'm not going to let you and your friends die." "Dad I don't want you risking your life. You've already done that loads of times and I don't want you to die. You nearly died when you got stung by that scorpion-" "Heh I don't need the whole story again son." Simba said rustling Kions mane. Soon enough Kion stopped crying and the three of them went back to the Tree of Life. The Night Pride were on patrol when they got back. "Kion? You ok?" Jasiri asked. Kion didn't say anything he looked at them then he walked over to a corner and he layed there he started to cry silently. Simba and Nala looked at each other. They decided to stay close to Kion but not too close.
An hour later
Kion got up and walked over to his parents, tears were still going down his cheeks. He layed down next to his sleeping father and he leaned in to him. Fuli was watching this as she was worried for her friend. Kion felt all of his discomfort and stress go away as he layed next to his father. Soon Kion was dead asleep. Fuli smiled and she drifted off.
The next morning the Guard woke, Kion was still asleep. "Think we should leave him sleep?" Fuli asked. "I mean he was really upset last night and when he's upset it takes him forever to sleep." Fuli said. "I think we should leave him sleep too." Said Beshte. "Ono will you stay here with him?" "Affirmative." So the Guard did the patrol while Kion slept. On her way back Rani ran into the Guard and they told her about Kion. As she walked into the Tree of Life she saw Kion sleeping. She gave him a quick hug and she licked his head. A few minutes later Kion woke. "W-wheres the Guard??" Kion said worried. "Don't worry Kion they're on patrol we decided to let you sleep as you were a bit upset last night."
Kion had forgotten about the vision as Ono said that Kion cried and he ran off. Rani, who was awake said, "Kion!" As he ran out. Simba and Nala were walking around the Tree of Life and they saw Kion running and crying. Simba bolted after him. When he caught up to Kion he grabbed his son's scruff as they ran. Kion looked up to see his father. "Please leave me alone Dad!" Kion sobbed. "Hey, hey shhhh it's ok." Simba said gently. "I-I'm sorry Dad! It's just I'm I'm scared!" "Oh son, I really don't blame you c'mere" Simba said and Kion went straight in for the hug. "I mean sure we faced big threats like Scar before and we nearly died but it wasn't as bad as what was in my vision." Kion said whilst crying. "I would get you to tell me, but I don't want to put you through that again." Simba said as he hugged him. "I feel like a baby." Kion said. "Don't worry about it, I remember when you and the Guard left the Pride Lands, Kiara was getting upset that you left. She cried almost every night. She felt like a baby too, and that's ok." "Dad can we talk to Grandfather about my vision?" "Yes Kion we will." The two of them walked to an area where no one was and Simba called for Mufasa.Part 4 will be out soon so far I'm loving this story I hope you do too
