Marinette's PoV
I sigh as I sit next to Adrien.
"You're still a child at heart, huh Adrien?"
Smirking, I tickle his chin and he purrs quietly.
"Purrrincess, I don't a-purrr-eciate this..."
He pouts.
"Ok, ok!" Alya exclaims, "since Adrien wants to play truth or dare, he can start. Truth or Dare?"
"Truth!"
"Ok, how long have you liked Marinette?" Alya immediately blurts out. Everyone excitedly squeals as we blush.
"Alya Césaire! What kind of question is tha-"
"3 months..."
...
I blush as everyone exclaims, "you were with Kagami then!"
He awkwardly says, "it was after I broke up with her...although, I always felt like there was something special about you..."
As I turn to face him, I see that he was staring at me.
"O-ok, moving on!" I stutter.
At that moment, I look at Luka and see the sadness in his eyes. Damn it...I feel so bad...
Adrien blushes, "o-ok, um...Luka!"
ADRIEN NO.
"Truth or dare?"
"Hmmm...truth..."
Oh god, don't ask the question Adrien...
"Ok, who do you like?"
ADRIEN AGRESTE. I elbow him and he tilts his head.
"Wha-"
"I like Marinette..."
...........................
"...oh..." Adrien awkwardly says.
Luka smiles bravely, "I-it's ok, I'm fine...I'm happy for you both..."
I blush as I bury my head in my hands.
Alya coughs and Luka blinks.
"R-right...um, Chloe?"
I look at Chloe, who was red-faced.
"Dare!" She exclaims quickly.
Everyone cheers.
She rolls her eyes, "Hurry up!"
Nodding, he suddenly smirks, "sing for us-"

"S-sing?" She hisses, "I told you I have no confidence in this kind of thing right now...ask me in 20 years!"
She crosses her arms.
"Ok then, we'll just ask you a different dare...send a text to your crush-" Luka teases.
"I don't have one!" She humphs.
"Well then, kiss me-"
Everyone gasps.
Chloe blushes as Luka stutters, "I-I was joking!"
She blushes even harder and rolls her eyes. She walks over to him, "fine..."
She places a peck on his cheek and then walks back to her seat, embarrassed.
I giggle as Luka's cheeks are tinted red, "how adorable," I whisper to Adrien.
He chuckles, "definitely..."
Looking at Luka, I smirk as his cheeks stay red for a WHILE.
"R-right, umm-"
At that moment, the door opens and a police officer walks in.
"Adrien?" He says.
"Y-yes?" Adrien worryingly asks at the sight of the police officer's nervous face.
"...we've found your mother..."
...
"WHAT?!" He sprints up and the police officer leads him to his father's office. I anxiously follow him and they head down into this secret basement.
"Chaton?" I whisper as he collapses on the floor.
There, in a transparent coffin, lay Emilie Agreste.
"Adrien?"
"No...she can't be...and father knew?!"
I rack my brain as he goes over to the coffin.
"Adrien! I have to go get someone, stay here..."

Running out of the house, I call a number.
"Hello Coccinelle..."
"Master Wang, I need your help..."
I look at Tikki, who poked out of her hiding spot.
"I'll be right there..."

Leading Master Wang through the house, I take him to the coffin of Emilie. The coffin top is taken off by the police officers and Master Wang checks her pulse.
"She's in a coma," he states. The police officers look at eachother doubtfully.
I nod at them, "trust him-"
"Who is he anyways Miss Dupain-Cheng?"
"Umm...He is a contact that Ladybug told me to call in cases of emergency. She, umm, believes that whoever has the butterfly miraculous will have some type of spite towards the Agreste household."
The police officer hums, "ok..."

10 minutes later...
"Marinette, please pass me the herbs."
"Yes sir!" I pass the ancient herbs to Master Wang, who wafts them under Emilie's nose.
He then pins the peacock miraculous on her and places his hands on both sides of her head.
And at that moment, a bright light is emitted from Emilie.
"Mom!-"
"Adrien! Get down!"
I duck my head and pull him down with me.
...
"Adrien?"
Everyone looks up and gasps, "Emilie Agreste..."
"Mom...mom!" Adrien hugs her and he confusingly says, "you have grown very quickly in a day!"
...
"It's been a year and a half..."
"What?" She scoffs, "Adrien, dont be silly, now where is-...what's happened..."

The police officers catch her up with the incident and I lead Master Wang outside.
"Thank you Master...I appreciate a lot," Adrien says.
"No problem Adrien, Marinette, be a dear and give Adrien my number, in case he needs me-"
"Yes sir!" I beam. He disappears in the distance and Adrien hugs me happily. I smile.
"Thank you m'lady..."
"No problem chaton..."

Heading back inside, we see all of our friends confusedly watching the police walk out of Adrien's father's office. And following them was none other than Emilie.
"Emilie?!" Chloé gasps.
"Chloe!" Emilie cheers, "I'm so happy to see you, you've grown so much!"
Alya stutters, "w-wait, but you're supposed to be missing, how comes-"
"I was put in a coma, um, Adrien, are these all your friends?"
Adrien nods and I smile.
"And, is this your girlfriend?" She nods at me.
He gulps and nods.
Emilie hums and smiles, "I'm so glad to meet you dear. What is your na-"
Suddenly, the door springs wide open and mom and dad walk in.
"Adrien, dear, are you ok?"
He smiles and nods, "yeah, I'm fine,why?"
"We heard about how your father was Hawkmoth and we wanted to-oh...oh my! Mrs Agreste, you've returned?"
Emilie smiles and says, "umm, yes, sorry, who are you?"
"They're my parents," I pipe in.
Emilie nods.

Luka's PoV
"Chloe?" I whisper.
She turns, "yeah, what's up?"
"I...um, was just wondering, if we should leave now. I mean, Adrien has his mom now so we should let them catch up-"
She giggles, "why are you so nervous Luka?"
I gulp as she winks, "but you're right, let's go..."
Damn, I'm not falling for her am I?
"C-come on guys!" I exclaim.
"Where to?" Alya asks.
"Wherever Chloe is taking us..." I blush, "I-I mean..."
"We get it bro," Juleka giggles, "how cute..."
Rose giggles too, "you two have fun!"
"Mmm hmm...wait us two-"
I turn around and see everyone separating off.
"Luka? Where's everyone gone?"
I stutter, "they're gone, umm, I, umm, do you wanna come to mine? We can hang and-"
"I thought we could go to mine, I am in the mood for some karaoke, but they all left...utterly ridiculous..."
Beaming, I say, "let's do it!"

We head to her place and she blushes, taking the microphone.
"What first?"
"Whatever floats your boat, Bee..."
She rolls her eyes and chooses "Requiem" from Dear Evan Hansen.

Once she finishes, I clap, "your voice is amazing!"
Modestly, she shakes her head, "no, I'm not, don't be stupid..."
"...ok then..." I say, hurt.
Noticing this, she sighs, "Sorry...I'm still, struggling to be nice..."
"I can help you if you like?"
Chloe fiddles with the mic, "I-I dunno, I'm pretty sure that I'm unable to love...or be loved..."
At that moment, her mom walks in, "Claudette, dear, me and your father are-oh my, who is this Chloe? What utterly ridiculous fashion sense!"
I roll my eyes, "Chloe, I'm going to go now-"
"No, don't! ...mom, respect my friends and my choices please-"
"Ugh, whatever, anyways, Jean will watch you for the next week..."
She nods and once her mom leaves, I groan, "that woman is a tyrant, no offense! She doesn't even know your name!"
She sadly nods and I sigh. Patting her shoulder, I say, "don't worry Chloe, I can help you..."
Beaming, she asks, "really?"
I nod shyly. She smiles and pecks my cheek.
"Thank you Luka! You truly are a good friend!"
