6 months since the previous chapter...
Chloe's PoV
I walk into school and see Luka at his locker with Marinette, Alya and Adrien. They see me and Luka slams his locker quickly.
"Hey guys, what's up?" I ask as I hug Luka.
He kisses my forehead, "nothing..."
I frown, "anyways, it's my birthday today so do you guys wanna come to mine?"
They look at eachother.
"Sorry Chloe, I have, um, extra fencing practice-"
"What, but I thought you stopped all you're extra-curricular stuff after your father got arrested?!"
"Umm, I missed fencing?"
"Ok, what about you guys?"
"I have so much work right now-"
"And I've got to update the ladyblog..."
I pout and look up to Luka, "Lukabear~~~, will you at least spend my birthday with me?"
He kisses me and smiles, "you know I love you Chloe...but I have to go to Versailles tonight... my grandpa passed away..."
I nod, "that's understandable."
Smiling, he says, "thanks bee..."

The rest of the day, everyone says they can't come and I understandably dismiss it. However, I can't help but feel sad. Singing on my normal route on the way home, I see a busker and smile. Joining them politely, we sing 'prom dress' by 'mxmtoon'

After, I place some money in her guitar case. It reminds me of Luka. Softly smiling, I think of our relationship. I arrive at home and see mom and dad packing bags.
"What's happening?"
"We're going to New York!"
"We? As in me too?"
"What? Oh, I thought you had your friends so you didn't want to come."
"Yeah, don't worry that's fine. I wanna stay here in Paris..."
They nod as their luggage is moved to the helicopter. I watch them fly off and I grumble, "Today is my birthday and everyone has better things to do! This is utterly ridiculous! Well, you know what?! I don't need them!"
Walking off, I find myself at the park. I see a group of boys and smirk. Heading up to them, I see them note me.
"Well, well, look who it is guys, Chloe Bourgeois, what's a little missy like you doing here?"
"It's my birthday and my mates and boyfriend and family are busy, so let's have fun..."
They smirk and I say, "don't touch me you creeps!"
They nod, "ok, ok!"
Luka's PoV
I hate lying to Chloe. She will love this...I hope.
"Guys! Put the lights up along there! And there!"
"Ok Luka, c'mon Adrien!" Alya exclaims.
I hum and exclaim to Sabrina, "Marinette and Bridgette! Are they here yet?"
Marinette and Bridgette run into the boat with boxes of baked goods. The top few are about to fall but Kim and I catch them. We place them on a table set up at the front.
"Phew!" I exclaim. Then I realise.
"How am I going to get Chloe here?" I groan. At that moment, Juleka and Rose arrive from a quick balloon shopping session. Chucking them at Kim, Alix and Nathaniel, they explain to me, "you're not gonna be happy. We were at the park, walking through it for a short cut and Chloe was there with random boys!"
...
Everyone watches me place down my phone and I run off to find her. At the sight of my queen laughing happily, I sigh.
"Chloe!"
She sees me and pouts. The boys guard her, "may we help you? Queen Bee is busy right now!"
I let out a snort, "Chloe, what are you doing?"
"I don't know why they insist on calling me Queen Bee, but I love it. Because I feel like a queen. Which is how I should feel on my birthday, am I right? Luka?"
I laugh, "look, come with me, ok? Trust me!"
She pouts, "no."
I furrow my eyebrows, "what, why?"
"Because I'm having fun here!"
"What are you even doing?"
"We're telling stories about ourselves! And Gavin cooks! Look at this sushi!"
"You let a stranger feed you raw fish?!"
She sighs, "fine, you're so adamant for me to come. Boys, go home, it's late..."
"Hang on, who is this dude?"
"I'm her boyfriend!" I strongly say, in an almost warning tone. They leave and I smile. Taking her hand, I say, "just wait..."
She pulls her hand away, "Luka, I'm upset, ok? If this is what I think it is-"
"Look, I'm sorry...I could have spent time with you today...but that's what I saved for tonight! Tada!"
She gasps at the sight of the boat being decked out with light and a banner and food.
"Guys...I-"
"Happy birthday!" They cheer. I watch tears fall down her face and she hugs me. I chuckle and kiss her forehead.
"You guys...Sabrina! This is exactly how I envisioned my party back then...you're the best!" She hugs her best friend.
"Now, can we have an encore of our beautiful Queen singing 'I'm Fakin'?"
I smile as she pulls me up to the higher point on the boat. And she nods at Alix to play it. She sings.

Later on, Chloe and I flee to my room.
She apologised, "I should've known that it was a surprise party! It was SO obvious!"
I kiss her cheek, "it's fine. I'm sorry I didn't stay with you..."
She pouts, "is a kiss on the cheek all I get?"
I smirk as she sits on my lap and we make out for a long long time. My arms wrap around her waist and I pick her up. She pulls away and smiles.
"You're the best Luka..."
"No you are, Queen Bee..."
She laughs and kisses me again. We escape our hiding place and show our affection very publicly.

A little while later...
"Luka? A toast?" Juleka asks as everyone eats.
"Ok...a toast! To Chloe, our dear friend, or in terms of me, my sweet girlfriend, who has discovered her true self, and is the Chloe that we all love dearly. I love you Chloe..." I lift my glass and she snorts amusingly, "Aww Luka, you're so cheesy...I love you too."
We kiss and I smile under it.
"Oh my god, Juleka, why would you ask for that? They're gonna be making out the whole time!"
Pulling away, Chloe exclaims, "well what am I meant to do when THE Luka Couffaine is stood right there-"
"What am I supposed to do when THE Chloe Bourgeois is stood right here!"
We look at eachother and she giggles. I chuckle as she leans up to kiss me again.
"Please don't, or at least get a room!" Felix groans. Bridgette giggles.
"Sorry..."
