🤡Pennywises POV🤡

I strode around the sewers, looking for the perfect spot to call for Maturin's help. The last time we'd contacted one another was eons ago, and I was pretty sure that Maturin wasn't happy with me.

I mean, he sent those stupid kids to kill me!

Anyway, I teleported into my domain under the main sewer area, casually strolling around the sharp rocks.

"Maturin~." I cooed telepathically. "I may or may not need your help."

Silence. That bastard-

I sighed and gave up. If Maturin wants to talk to you, he will, and he would never hesitate.

🎈Zoella's POV🎈

"So your actual name is Maturin?"

I was sat on the grass in the clearing, flying questions at the pacing visitor.

He looked human, yet on his dark skin I saw light green spots, almost scales. The normal human eye could not perceive it.

"Yes, for the 5th time."

I sat up. "Are you friends with my papa?"

He looked at me from the corner of his eyes. "I was."

"Why not now?"

"Your father has gotten on my nerves since the very beginning, since he was in his natural form.

He used to look like a giant spider, and he's still capable of it now. He's disrupted the tranquility of my throw up- I mean, creation. So I sent some kids to stop him."

My eyes widened. "Have they?"

He chuckled. "Clearly not. I sent them again, and yet again he's dodged his punishment. So, to soften him up, I sent him your mother."

"My mom? What's she got to do with that?"

"Your mother has significantly changed your father. I doubt that if you weren't here, though, he'd be the same."

I nodded. "I see, but have we changed my dad for the better?"

He shook his head. "Not yet. First, you need to walk that way." He pointed ominously towards the thicket of woodland.

I stood up. "Why should I-" He cut me off by pushing me forcefully into the wood.

I sighed and decided it was, yeah, best to go home.

I started running again, the wind whipping through my hair.

Then Maturin's voice rang through my mind.

'Stop.'

I skidded, dirt and wood flying around. But I was still going.

"Ahhh what the hell-oof!!" I smacked straight into something warm.
