As soon as her eyes fluttered open, she knew something was wrong. The room was too bright, the walls too white. She could hear a steady beep. She knew she was in a hospital but she didn't understand why. She faintly remembered shouting, a baby crying, more shouting, a loud, fast beep, and Alfie.

"Mrs. Deyes?" She heard a voice call, she looked over and there stood a curvy, black woman.

"Yea?" She croaked. Then she coughed.

"I will be right back with the doctor."

"Wait!" Zoe calls, she needs water, "Water, please." The nurse helps her get water, "Also I need my husband."

"Yes, of course."

After test from the doctor, like her heart, and other stuff came the hard part. Questions.

"Can you please state your full name?"

"Zoe Elizabeth Deyes."

"Your age, birthday, and the year?"

"I am twenty-eight, my birthday is the twenty-eighth of March, and the year is 2018."

"Do you know where you are?"

"I am pretty sure I am in the Judith Memorial hospital, because it is the closet to Alfie and I's house."

"Do you know why you are here?"

"Uh, no, I don't."

"Mrs. Deyes, does the name Maggie mean anything to you?"

"Alfie and I talked about naming our baby girl that, once we had one." She fondly over to Alfie and he looks a if he is about to cry.

"Hmm..."

-

"Mr. Deyes, the trauma and the coma caused her brain to erase all memories of your daughter."

"No!" Alfie's voice breaks.

"There are three choices: first; let her remember on her own, second; force her brain to make the connection by introducing her to Maggie, thirdly; introduce her to Maggie and freak her out."

"I can't-"

"I will give you sometime to think about this."

-

"Introduce her."

"There isn't a choice! Introduce them!"

"She needs to meet her daughter!"

Alfie hangs up the phone one last time. He still isn't sure what to do. He doesn't want to make Zoe anymore traumatized than she already is, but she needs to meet her daughter.

Maggie is very healthy, the doctors are surprised she is still living. Which is scary. He cries, a lot. This whole thing has been a show stopper. The fans are freaking out. He is freaking out. He doesn't know what to do.

-

"Zoe," Alfie looks at the doctor unsurely, "I want to introduce you to someone."

"Ok, I love meeting new people." She smiles brightly. He nods.

Alfie goes and takes Maggie from a nurse, then he walks back into the room.

"Zoe, this is Maggie."
