TODAY WAS THE DAY, IT WAS OPENING NIGHT AT EAST HIGH. The crew had gone to the auditorium preparing for the show. Bella dressed quickly into her Gabriella outfit, Ricky did the same but with his Troy outfit. Everyone looked out the curtains and lots of people were sitting down and waiting for the show to start. Ricky noticed his mom sitting down in the crowd hand in hand with another guy. He was hurt but he didn't want to show it while performing. Yet again Bella noticed her dad in the audience smiling at her. She did the same and smiled back.

Soon enough Ms Jenn walked out and the crowd cheered and cheered. "Hello parents! Welcome to the high school musical the musical SHOW! We are so glad to have you guys here and we worked really hard on the musical so sit back relax and enjoy!" She said.

Music started to play around the auditorium and the backup dancers were dancing, soon enough Ej came out as Chad and he was throwing his basketball in his hoops. The next person to go on stage was Gina as Taylor.

They all started to sing along and everyone else joined them. Ms Jenn made eye contact with a familiar person in the crowd. That familiar person was Ricky's dad. He'd came back to see Ricky's performance and he was very proud.

Nini and Ricky went on stage and sang their duet which everyone seemed to love. Everyone cheered and clapped to them throwing roses on them.

THE CAST STOOD in the middle of the stage giving bows to everyone in the crowd. They loved the show and it was absolutely spectacular. Each of them went running to their parents giving them hugs and stuff.

"You produced a great musical 'Jennifer' " Ricky's dad jokingly said. "It was amazing".

"Why thank you, your son did absolutely amazing" Ms Jenn said. He gave her a hug which seemed to make Ricky happy.

"Dad hey what's going on?" Ricky asked. "Is there anything I should know?".

"Me and your father are going on a date" Ms Jenn said as she intertwined her hands into his. His dad chuckled and so did Ricky. "I'm glad you're happy dad".

Ricky noticed Bella talking to her dad and he was starting to get upset. He didn't want the girl he loved to leave her. Even if he never said love back to her he still felt something special. Something he never wanted to loose. Or something that he's going to miss.

Bella walked over to him and she gave him a slight smile. "I guess this is it huh?" Ricky asked her. She looked down to the ground and then back at her dad.

"Ricky I'm going to miss you so much, and I don't want to leave you but it's for the best" Bella tells him. He looked down at her and he wrapped his arms around her, and so did she.

"Goodbye Ricky" she said.

"Goodbye" he said back. Nini came up to them and hugged her. "Take care of Ricky for me" she tells her.

Soon enough she walked away with her dad leaving the auditorium.

IT HAD BEEN 2 HOURS SINCE BELLA HAD LEFT. Ricky stood in his bedroom shaking a lot. He lost the girl he truly loved and he was sad. Big Red and Nini tried to cheer him up but it didn't work out for him.

"Hey honey are you feeling any better?" his mom asked him. "Do you want anything?"

"You know what I want? I want her back her, in my arms! Mom I miss her already I know I sound to stupid right now but this isn't going to work out. Long distance isn't going to work out and I need to tell her that sooner or later, cause if I don't then it's going to hurt me".

"I know you want her back in your arms and it hurts me too if I'm not there with you" a voice said from outside his bedroom door.

"Mom who was that?" Ricky asked.

The blonde haired girl walked into his room giving him the biggest hug she could ever do.

"Bella? What are you doing here?" asked Ricky.

"I'm not leaving, and I won't leave you anymore" Bella said. "You said 'once you're a star you will always be my own star'".

"I love you Bella" Ricky said. It shocked Bella that he finally said love you back.

"I love you too Ricky Bowen".
