Ainsley stood patiently not far from entrance of the camp, gulping she saw the tall male making his way towards her. Shane was known for his quiet personality but yet one stupid thing could set him off. “Come I don’t have the whole day for this shit.” He snapped harshly at her face his honey hazel eyes flaring. He didn’t stop to let her gather herself up only walked on out of the camp and out to the empty grounds. “Shane would you mind slowing down a bit?” she called after him. “Oh why are you tired?” he sneered over his shoulder. “No I just didn’t get a head start.” She hissed a little at him. “With your ugly attitude no one can keep up.” “Forgive me princess but I have other things I would gladly be doing than this.” He smirked. “At least it won’t be my fault if something happens to your pretty little soul.” Ainsley huffed annoyed with his personality towards her. Speeding up her pace she managed to catch up with him, he shot her a quick look but said nothing. Looking around she only saw empty flat ground, covered in shattered glass, and dried blood stains, broken weapons. “What happened on these grounds?” she asked him. "Things." he muttered. "Things happened here." "What things?" she raised her brow. "Be more detailed." Shane sighed deeply, before relaxing a bit. "Alright I guess I could tell you what happened here before." There was a moment of silence as he paused just looking at her. "Here are the grounds of death...here is where some people whom I have known have taken their last breath." "Like who?" She met his suddenly clouded gaze. "Many people who have been great towards me have died on this ground." he kicked up the dust with his feet. "Now there is only one person left" "And who is that?" "I am here to guide you to the territory then answer your questions." he hissed. "Come on you have to return by dusk otherwise it is hard to find a way out of there." "Aren't there street lamps or something?" "No there are no fucking street lamps there is only the moon above your head and that's the only light source provided in the city." She blinked. "Then how do the Outsiders find their way around that place?" "How do I know?" he luaghed. "I am not a stupid Outsider I am a pureblood." He stopped suddenly as the flat dusty ground ended here and it was only the old damp pavement leading into the city's depth. "Off you go now." he nodded towards the roads. "Step over the territory and run." She paused for a second before taking a step unto the pavement. Glancing over her shoulder she met his eye contact again, "Go already!" he snapped. "Just fucking go!"
