Soarin Skies leaned his face on the car's window. He stared at the forest view, slightly enjoying it. But this is not what he wants right now. Living in a school surrounded with forest? Seriously? No one knows what's in there.

Well, it's not his choice. His father made his decision. And everybody knows that if black was his choice, then black it is. If it's white, no one would dare to remark.

He turned around, only after he felt like somebody was punching his shoulder." Wassup with the grumpy face Soarin?" The fiery girl chuckled." Cut it off. I don't want a brother that will look ten years older than me,"

"Haha," he laughed in sarcasm. Spitfire rolled her eyes." Well, nothing to say, but, be careful and don't look at your back," she playfully trying to scare him out.

Soarin cursed under his breath. He knows that his sister is lying right now, but that is right now. How about later? Or the day after? Knowing that Spitfire has a unique talent. Well, not a talent, more to ability.

What everybody says about the sixth sense? She has that. She can see what others can't.

And it is useful to her, mostly to prank and scare Soarin.

The one thing that he clearly thankful is Spitfire's good on lying. Well, it's not like he didn't see she widened her eyes when she saw a ghost or a demon near him. Fortunately she don't talk about it like,

"Soarin a headless, shirtless, skinless body was at your back,"

Or

"Bro something is playing with your hair,"

Yeah, fortunately.

"Sir, we'll be arrived at SkyLight in five minutes," the driver stated.

Spectrum Skies nodded and turned to his kids." Well, have you brought everything?" He asked, so concern." Call me if something bad happen. Don't be shy to ask anyone if you are lost. And-"

"Dad please we're not a bunch of kids," Spitfire groaned.

"Although you are the one who throw us into the woods," Soarin muttered under his breath, but it still can be heard by their mother.

Stormy Flare smiled." Everything will be fine dear. Think positive. If you stay with us, when do you will be more independant? A woman clearly don't want a man who can't even take care of himself,"

"Soarie handles a wifey? Euww," Spitfire commented, making everybody laughed." You're thinking so far. I'm just 15," Soarin replied.

"I know dear. But hey, you are Soarin Skies right? Nothing could stop you," the mother chuckled. Skies, that's a responsibility.

Spectrum cleared his throat." So kids, I want you to behave. Take care of each other. I will not hesitate to ground you for life if something happen. You two are old enough to think what's the best, am I right?"

Both of them nodded." We have arrived sir," their driver stopped the car right infront of the huge building.

The family get themselves out of the car, just to be surprised that they were greeted by the principal himself." Welcome Mr. Skies. I am so excited to see all of you here," the principal, Mr. Stunlight welcomed them with a large, a little bit giddy and annoying smile.

"What is wrong with him.." Soarin glanced on him before helping the driver with their luggages.

The fiery girl examined the building." This place has a lot of 'things'," she muttered. The flying ones, the playing ones, not forgetting the sitting-at-the-corner ones.

Hey, don't think they just go outside at night time.

Spectrum and Stormy Flare hugged both of their children." I will miss you so much,"

"Me too mom,"

"Don't forget to fetch us on summer holiday," Soarin joked. Well, not really.

As soon as their parents get away, they look at the building suspiciously." How many things do you see?" Soarin asked.

"Not much. Around a hundred,"

"Well, I can't deny that. This is a school, in the middle of a forest,"

"Yea,"

"The first year students please immediately proceed to the Hall. Repeating, the first year students please proceed to the Hall immediately, thank you,"

"Let's go,"

"Welcome to SkyLight Academy newbies. I hope you guys will get used to this place. I know it's kinda hard, but I am sure we seniors will try our best to help you," the last year student announced.

"Yeah, help us get outta here," Soarin remarked slowly, earning some chuckles from the other freshmen.

The microphone suddenly banged, making the students look at the user. Principal Stunlight." Sorry for that. Ehem, welcome all new students! As long as you are here, we will take a great care of all of you. Me, Miss Sunshine, Mr. Night Sky, all of us. We hope ya'll will be the best, the most successful, once you step out from this school,"

Spitfire rolled her eyes. All school always want to be the best. Cliché. She looks at the teacher's table from side to side.

Then something caught her attention. A shadowy thing, small and dark, standing behind one of them.

But as always, she don't even care about it.

"Students, please register yourself at the registration table to get your schedule and room key,"

Soarin looks at his schedule and key.

Wing A, room A-3-35.

Pretty normal, hmm.
No, not really.
