Chapter 8|The Forest

"Stop pulling me!"

Rainbow Dash groaned. "Come on or we'll miss them," she pointed on the other groups infront of them. "So what?"

Oh yeah, they are the last partner. And nobody is behind them.

Why I stuck with this idiot... Dash mentally palmed her face. "Would you rather be left in the dark?" She lifted an eyebrow. Soarin opened his mouth in tend to object, slightly shutting it back. "Good boy. Now hurry up!"

Soarin can't help but just follow the rainbow girl. He keep his eyes open, who knows if a scarecrow jumps out of no where, with his creepy little smile, the sound of crackling inside him.

"So, you good?"

The rainbownette narrowed her eyes. "Do you just pretend to be stupid or you are exactly stupid?" She asked. "Uh, yes and no?"

Dash sighed. I hope that stupidity isn't contagious, she glanced on the pale blue guy. Admit it, he looks funny, plus cute, when he's scared. The light from the moon also brighten up his greenies, making them shimmer in this darkness.

Suddenly, Soarin felt a tap from his shoulder. He instantly look back. No one. He gulped. Take it easy Soar.. maybe it just stick? Or spider? He gritted his teeth while hoping the activity will end immediately.

He felt the tap again.

"D-dash.."

Rainbow Dash grunted." What?"

"Please tell me there's nothing behind me," Soarin begged. She rolled her eyes, slightly looking at his back. "Look, there's nothing. Stop being a scaredy-cat and hurry up!"

"B-but."

"Soarin there's no ghost in this forest!"

"How would you know about it?"

"Because ghosts aren't real!"

As the elderly says, the more you say about it, the more it has urge to come to you. The wind began to blow the leaves around them, creating some unpleasant shaking noise.

A hand suddenly grabbed Soarin's leg, obviously cause him to scream. He immediately ran away, far from the rope, into the woods.

(Lol I'm sucks writing horrors)

Dash tried to catch his pace, since she is tied to him." SOARIN STOP!" She yelled, pulling the rope against him.

"No! I don't want to be eaten!"

Dash cursed under her breath. She grabbed the pale blue guy's ear, and pull it as hard as she can.

Soarin owed, and stop. "Are you crazy?! You drag me far from the track, and now we're lost!"

"What? No.... We're not lost. Look, that's the- uhhh," Soarin scratched his head. "Okay okay, we're not lost. I'll bring us outta here,"

"That's what I'm worried about," Dash muttered under her breath. She searched everywhere. "So, Mister I'll bring us outta here, what are you gonna do?"

"Dunno. What do you think I am? A professor?"

Dash looks at Soarin.

Soarin looks at Dash.

"You can fuck me later-" Soarin closed his mouth, realizing what he said earlier." Wow Soarin, wow,"

"Well if you're smart enough why don't you get us outta here?" The pale blue guy crossed his arms." I am smart thank you. And you're dumb enough to get us lost," Dash retorted.

The sound of howling interrupt them. The wind whistle through the leaves, and push the clouds, hiding the moon. They both get close to each other.

"Better we go now,"

"Better we stay," Dash looks at Soarin. Wtf, stay and let wolves or any kind of forest's animal come here and get a free dinner?

Soarin realized the girl is looking at him." I mean, we should stay. We couldn't risk ourselves. There might be predators,"

"Yeah, and the predators don't have legs so they won't be here,"

"Look it's either you and me now. Shut the hell up and listen to me," Soarin grumbled.

Damn these two will be eaten.

Know what to do when you stuck in a forest? Without any communication devices nor neccessarities?

Don't explode yo mind. Just blame the teachers.

"Fine fine," Dash muttered." So we just sit here and do nothing?" She asked." Well, unless you want us to do something," he smirked.

Dash narrowed her eyes." I want to be eaten,"

"What's wrong? I'm rich, and handsome~" Soarin bit his lip." In your dream Skies,"

Bushes shaking behind made them flinched a little. Dash holds Soarin's arm and hide behind the guy.

Well in case that is a wolf it will eat him first.

"W-what's that?" She asked.

"I-i don't know," Soarin replied in shaky tone.

"It's all your fault,"

"Me? You're the one who want to be eaten!"

"No I don't!"

They both stunned on their spot while the sound is getting louder. Idiots.

"I hate you!"

"I hate you too!"

They both exclaimed, as a black figure stepped out from the bushes and stormed towards them.
